The property is so beautiful and has comfortable, clean rooms. It's minutes from the town of Falmouth and many attractions. We would definitely stay here again!!

Its a really great place to stay with a group or family. Easy check in, all possible amenities. What we loved was that there was a lot of room to spread out or be together. Great quiet neighborhood with privacy but close to activities and groceries.

Family vacation with husband wife and 3 year old

Had a great time. The house is incredible and could stay there the whole time and have fun but also lots to do in Falmouth. We would love to come back.

Great house for a family vacation! The house is way bigger than the pictures make it seem. There was plenty of room for our large group to be together but also have the option to spread out. Quiet neighborhood with privacy yet still close to all local areas including stores, restaurants and beaches. Host communication was good and even let us check in an hour early, which was appreciated. Definitely recommend this house!

Clean and Fun!

Everything was clean and most things were in working order. Most everything that you could need. Scratched up Teflon pans, but everything else in kitchen was good. A bit of miscommunication regarding an early check-in possibly led to us not finding more than a couple rolls of toilet paper and no bath/hand/face towels in any bathrooms — not clear whether this was a slip up or maybe extra toilet paper is not provided? Which is odd because there was ample paper towels, and TP is cheap. … Beautiful pool and so clean! We loved the patio and ate all our evening meals there. Pool table, exercise room, books and board games were also a huge plus! Keypad made entry a breeze.

Absolutely Amazing

Our family has been vacation in the Cape for the last 20 years. It started as a place I would go with my boyfriend/now husbands family each summer. After we married we have continued the tradition with our family of 7 my husband and myself and our 5 children under 12. We had found a property we loved and then it was sold 4 years ago. Since then we have been returning trying to find something that would suit our family. We’ll this property certainly did the trick. The house had everything that we needed was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Allowed for more than enough space along with lots of things to do. We literally packed our clothes and toiletries and a few kids friendly toys and we’re set for the entire time. Our family especially enjoyed the pool and playground which were close by. The weather was not good beach weather but we did make it to the beach one day and that was even very convenient. Everywhere we needed/ wanted to go was less than a 8 minute drive. Kurt was amazing and we are already thinking about our next trip back next summer. Definitely a property we will try and get back into. When I say the

Very clean and spacious house with amazing pool. It was a great trip for our 3 generations (Grandparents, parents, and toddler). Will definitely come back. Great hosts.
