Villa Petra is a synergy of luxury, style and nature. The 150 m² new, stone built villa, located on the outskirts of Kamilari, with 2 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, with 50 m² pool and panorama view is ideal for families with kids or couples.

Villa Petra is the place to go if you are looking for stress relief. It is a place where you can enjoy the silence and fresh air of the Cretan countryside. Surrounded by olive groves, as well as 1000 m² of private garden consisted of ecologically grown vegetables and fruits, a herb garden, a cactus garden and a vineyard, it is really nested in the green nature.

In the 50 m² infinity pool, with separate baby pool, there is a hydro-massage bench to help you relax and relieve your tired or sore muscles.

Villa Petra is built with love to details. This well-appointed and more than fully equipped villa (light and warm colours in painting and furniture) consists of two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a living/ dining room.

As you enter the villa, you find yourself in the open plan lounge area equipped with SAT-TV and decorated with natural stone and wood. The living room is spacious and bright, pierced by large windows so that the guests can enjoy the view. Right next to it is the dinning area for lunch or dinner and a fully equipped with modern appliances kitchen (oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher).

Left and right to the living room you will find the two bedrooms of the villa. Each 25 m² bedroom has its own unique style, inspired by a different era, and en-suite10 m² bathroom. The one is decorated with natural stone and wood inspired by the cretan tradition and the other one is modern with stark white and earth tones granting a relaxing atmosphere. Both bedrooms are equipped with King Size beds (1.80x2.00m), unique wardrobes and have direct access to the pool and terrace. Each of the two bedrooms has its own distinctive style, though both of them are decorated so as to enjoy the charm of every room and discover a new dimension of holidays .

The villa is equipped with air-conditioning, stereo system, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite television, mosquito nets, alarm and camera Outdoor Home Surveillance security system, safety box and Wi-Fi .

From inside the villa, the private terrace and the pool you have a beautiful sea view and a dazzling panorama over the villages Pitsidia, Sivas and Listaros. What could be more restful than letting one`s eyes wander into the distance?

We had an amazing holiday at Villa Petra. The villa was well equipped, clean, had amazing views and a fab pool. We loved the local area and drive to several local beaches. Maria was so friendly and gave us details of a boat trip which we booked and loved. We would love to return one day 😊

Most Relaxing Vacation Ever

This property is beautiful. The owners are generous and available when/if you need them. The home had every amenity and there were two days out of the seven that we never left the house. No need to leave when the lounge chairs were so comfortable and the pool so inviting. There are two small villages in either direction and both offer great beaches and restaurants. I believe my family will be going here every May. Thank you so much to Maria and Xenophon for making our stay memorable.

Die Villa Petra verfügt über eine ruhige, tolle Alleinlage mit Aussicht auf die Messara-Ebene und die umliegenden Dörfer. Die Küche ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Blick vom Pool/Terrasse auf die Umgebung ist fantastisch. Die Vermieter Maria und Xenophon sind sympathisch und unaufdringlich. Sie haben uns mit Obstkorb und Raki empfangen und standen bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Der sympathische kleine Ort Kamilari liegt ca. 800 m von der Unterkunft entfernt und lädt mit netten Tavernen zum Essen und Verweilen ein. Der schöne, unverbaute Strand Comos ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Le paradis en Crête !

Magnifique villa en pierres taillées avec une superbe vue sur les champs d'olivier et les collines. Aucun vis-à-vis, le grand calme et pour les amateurs, les palais minoens de Phaistos et d'Agia Triada sont à quelques minutes en voiture, de même que les ports antiques et les plages associées. Bref, le paradis en Crête !

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Maria und Xenophon haben uns vor Ort super nett empfangen. Alles wurde erklärt und wir haben kleine Präsente erhalten. Die Villa liegt grandios. Es ist ruhig und der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Der Pool animiert zum täglichen Schwimmen. Die Villa ist sehr groß und unglaublich großzügig. Es fehlt an nichts. Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum entspannen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank Maria und Xenophon für eure tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Lovely chilled break

Property exactly as it appears, weather amazing and could engage or distance (covid or otherwise) as much as suited. Hosts Maria and Xenophon were excellent, replying to any questions immediately. The place is fantastic and near the beach and local restaurants, although would take a car - walking in the heat is tough!

Idyllic escape

Villa Petra was everything we hoped it would be and exactly as described. Fabulous pool and a short drive to a choice of beaches. Kamilari was charming with a good selection of places to eat. Maria and Xenophon were welcoming and generous and quick to respond to any questions. A perfect place to escape and relax.

very beautiful and lovely villa

Peaceful holidays in this beautiful and lovely villa which is very well equipped. Located in the south of Creta in a calm area but very close from a small village (kamilaki) with a mini market where you can find everything and several very good and charming taverna. Large swimming pool in a beautiful garden and a view on the Cretan hills. Several archeological visit cry close to the villa. Maria and Xenophon are so kind, the let for us some gifts as wine, olive oil, sweet cakes, eggplant....from their garden. Nothing bad and all good.....excellent holidays nathalie from france

Traumhaft!!!

Die Villa Petra ist wunderbar gelegen und ein ganz tolles Ferienhaus! Sie verfügt über zwei große Schlafzimmer und einen sehr großen Wohn - Essbereich. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll und auch sehr liebevoll im Detail eingerichtet. Großer Komfort ist vorhanden, die Gastgeber Maria und Xenophon haben an alles gedacht. Der Pool ist richtig groß, sodass man gut drin schwimmen kann. Er verfügt aber auch zwei Unterwassermassagestrahler. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen, sodass man ganz für sich ist. Gleichzeitig kann man jedoch zu Fuß in das ca. 800 Meter entfernte Dorf Kamilari gehen. Kamilari ist ein romantisches Dorf mit vielen netten Tavernen. Der Strand Kalamaki Beach ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Diesen kann man entweder schnell mit dem Auto oder zu Fuß auf einem romantischen Spaziergang durch die Olivenhaine (ca. 3/4 Std.) erreichen. Überhaupt ist die ganze Umgebung sehr schön für Ausflüge und auch zum Wandern. Uns hat alles so gut gefallen, dass wir direkt einen weiteren Aufenthalt gebucht haben.
