"Room wasn’t ready when I arrived af 4:30. Wasn’t busy. Kinda noisy. For the 9 hours we stayed there, it was OK"

"This Holiday Inn was everything necessary for a short stay and in close proximity to where we needed to go. The hotel in general needs a bit of updating except for the bed linens which were great. They have Dove bath products in the bathroom which was nice if you forgot your shampoo, conditioner, etc. The breakfast in the morning had a nice variety of foods available but the 'hot' foods were lukewarm to cool at best. It would have been nice to have a microwave accessible to heat the foods....

"We had an issue with our room at check in that prohibited us from staying in there. The front desk staff was very accommodating and rectified the situation even though the hotel was completely booked. Marina at the front desk, checked in with me every time I saw her to make sure the rest of our stay was without issue. Shoutout to Marina and Vanice for their exceptional customer service!"
