Beautiful 4 bedroom home w/ large backyard

A beautiful 4 bedroom home with a large backyard great for large groups/families. This home is conveniently located, just a quick 5 minute drive to Downtown Fairbanks or the grocery store/shopping areas! The large, heated 2 car garage is a great plus for the winter months. The kitchen is fully equipped & includes many small appliances/gadgets as well as laundry facilities.

We love to share everything Fairbanks has to offer during your stay, giving you tips before your trip, but also value your privacy. We try to make sure each guest has everything they need when they arrive for a comfortable stay and are available via text and email.

Just bring your clothes and food...

This is a clean property close to many things and easy to access. Costco and Fred Meyer and close. This property has all you would need just bring your clothes and food!

Loved Our Stay

We stayed here for a couple nights on our trip to Alaska. The house had anything we could possibly need during our stay. The host was very accommodating and had great communication. Very close to a number of restaurants and store and also close to main roads. Would stay here again if we come back to Iowa.

Great Home Base

We had 5 friends in Fairbanks for 3 nights. The house had everything we needed. Having a stocked laundry room is key for an Alaska vacation. Each of us had plenty of space and privacy. It's in a quiet neighborhood. I would not call it walkable to town, but that's always going to be the case in Fairbanks.

The final leg of our great Alaska journey

We are a group of 8, four couples. We added 2 extra days to the end of our lane/cruise tour. This property was perfect for us. 4 br and 2.5 baths. It’s close to all the activities we planned. Check in with a code on the door. Coffees were supplied. The kitchen is spacious but we did not cook. We used the dining room table to play games at night. The host was accommodating and quick to respond to all my questions. There’s a deck with grills available. Pictures are very accurate. Thank you, we enjoyed the stay!

Home was in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were not in the best shape but worked for a couple nights. Home would be great for a large family. We had 4 adults and had plenty of space. Home was stocked well throughout.

Clean Property close to everything

Property was clean and had all amenities you would need. The house could use some updating and remodeling but it provided a comfortable home for our visit to Fairbanks. The neighborhood did not give a favorable first impression but we did not have any issues with noise or neighbors. Communications with the owner was easy and we did not encounter any problems with the rental.

Great place and great location

Working in Fairbanks for a free days with Co.-workers. House has plenty of room for three of us and plenty of room for more. Back yard was nice and enjoyable later in the evening. It was surprisingly hot and the house does not have air conditioning (not expected) but there were several box fans too cool things down. The house was very well furnished with everything you could possibly need for a several day stay with a larger group.

Graduation Stay

What an amazing stay for family in town for our daughter’s graduation!! So much room - everyone had their own space and there was still plenty of space to all gather and celebrate all the things!! Amenities were awesome as well!!! 100% recommend any group, large or small, enjoy this VRBO!!

Business Trip

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this cozy and accommodating VRBO rental, and we were absolutely delighted with our experience. The property is centrally located, which made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and visit various attractions with ease. The neighborhood itself is charming and close to stores and restaurants. The house itself is spacious and has been thoughtfully designed, comfortably sleeping 13 people. The bedrooms were well-appointed, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The living area and dining room were perfect for gathering together, and the fully-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals with ease. The host was very attentive and provided excellent communication throughout the booking process and our stay. They offered plenty of suggestions for local attractions and were always available to answer any questions we had. A few highlights of our stay included the cozy outdoor patio, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring, and the ample parking space, which was a definite bonus in such a central location. In summary, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our visit. This VRBO property is truly a gem, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere, ample space for a large group, and an unbeatable location. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!

Wonderful Place

We had gone as a family to Fairbanks for my parent's 70th wedding anniversary. Yes you read that right! They renewed their vows in the church where they married. We rented 3 VRBO locations to accommodate everyone. This place was perfect for a couple family meals with everyone, plenty of room for the kids to play. It was perfect! The owner was very kind and mailed back a couple things that were left behind. She went above and beyond!

Excellent!

There was everything here. It was not necessary to buy something to stay here. In addition, we enjoyed northern lights several times from the house. Sometimes, railways were noisy in the midnights and early morning, but it became no stress during the staying.

Nice Property in Fairbanks

This house is notable for all the supplies provided in the house. There is a big pantry with paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. The property is very close to a Walmart, Fred Meyers (groceries and sundries), Costco and other big name shopping. We enjoyed visiting Fairbanks and this property was the perfect place to stay for our party of six.

Wow! Perfect home away from home!

What an amazing experience! The home was so spacious and well-equipped for everything you could need and more! One the absolute best VRBO’s I have stayed at and there have been many! Abe and Fabienne were super responsive and went above and beyond! It was the perfect spot for a multi-day trip to Denali and Chena. It easily accommodated 8 of us (two families). Wonderful home & owners.

We thoroughly love this property & quiet neighborhood. The house was exactly as represented in the listing with more than ample room for all four adults & then some. The bbq on the back deck was great & clean. Amenities as listed we all very welcome. Two coffee makers & a fully stocked kitchen. The door code was easy to use & the owners were available if we had any questions. Location made access to shopping & restaurants was very convenient. If we make a trip to Fairbanks we will definitely use this home again.
