Escape the mundane and experience the charm of Paris right here in Alaska. This dreamy taste of Paris is a fabulous, family friendly, 1500 Sq Ft 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. As you arrive, you'll be wowed by the modern conveniences this home features, including a large smart TV in the living room, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, and secure keyless entry that allows you to check in with us remotely. Unwind by having a girls weekend, a tea party or reading in the cozy nook. Enjoy the king bed in the master bedroom, the queen bed of bedroom 2, and the twin bed of bedroom 3. Whether you're looking for a night out in town or an adventurous day of exploring the outdoors, you can find it all here. Shopping, restaurants, the river walk, museums, and nightlife are all within a few minutes' drive. Go hiking, fishing, golfing, skiing, and more in the nearby area, and easily park 3 vehicles in the wider driveway. If you need to use public transportation, the bus can drop you just a few blocks away. Remember to follow the quiet hours, 10PM - 8AM. We're available via text or phone call and only 15 minutes away should you need us.

All garbage must be bagged and the bags go in the bin next to the parking spot. On Wednesdays please take the garbage bins to the end of the driveway and place next to the mailbox.
Please be considerate of the neighbors. We have great relationships with them and want to continue to keep it that way!
Upon check out, leave all dishes washed (can be left to dry in the dish drainer), and empty the garbage.

Everything we could want!

Our three-person group enjoyed five nights at this very comfortable house. Jenni is an exceptional host. Responsive, courteous, and professional. The property was in excellent condition and spotless when we arrived. It is easy to find, and check in was a breeze.Many amenities and nice touches throughout the property. Highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Fairbanks.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and centrally located, making it easy to explore the area. Communication with the property manager was excellent. A highlight was spotting a moose family right in the yard—such a memorable experience! Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, walking distance to coffee shops/restaurants

This home is exactly as advertised. Very clean and spacious with plenty of room for all family members to have their own space. The King bed was very comfortable, the neighborhood was nice and quiet, and it was in easy walking distance to downtown for coffee and restaurants. The owner was quick to reply to our questions. I highly recommend this property!
