"My room was absolutely perfect and clean the new renovated facilities are amazing! The staff were friendly even though there were some language barriers lol. The beach view was the best part of the room I would definitely recommend this place especially for the price. Now my only gripe is if your trying to go to the pool plan in advance because it might be full of people other than that the beach is right there so we still enjoyed ourselves!"

"I had a wonderful stay at the Flamingo Inn! The location is perfect—quiet, relaxing, and just steps from the beach with a beautiful view. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Flamingo Inn to anyone."

"Nice location. It was a little to small for my family of 6. However we did made it work. I didn't like that I had to take our used towels & wash cloths and trade them in to get new ones. Also we had to take our trash out. But for the price I guess that wasn't so bad."

"We never stayed in this southern area of the main Daytona Beach area before. Though we knew & heard of some cars on the beach, we never imagined the littered congestion of so many behind this hotel. The pool area was packed and loud. The sliding glass door window was terribly stained when we arrived and you could hardly see through it. It would have been nice to look out at the ocean as the noise from the pool area was very distractive along with the litter of vehicles. We stayed on Sat & Sun...

"We had a pleasant 2 nite stay and for the price it was great! I was pleasantly surprised that there was a hand held shower in the bathroom which most high end hotels don't even have. We had an ocean view in front and a nice view of the neighborhood from a large balcony in the back. Vicki is awesome and was available to assist with any questions you may have. All in all it felt like home and parking was free and ample."

"Booked hotel room here for a king bed and beach view and couldn't have been more disappointed The room #109 was an end unit in the split-level basement. You actually had to exit into the stairwell to access it. I don't think it was originally meant to be a room to sleep in. It looked like a jail cell and smelled of mold. I think the pictures provided in the listing online are actually the sister hotel across the street. The room I was given looked nothing like what I signed up for. The bathroom...

"Our room was over a loud what I think was an air conditioner. Our room was near the garbage room and the odor wafted. The floors have carpet and had a foul odor. TV very small. Elevator was always busy. Wait staff at restaurant in the hotel were rude and the food was mediocre at best. Will never stay at this hotel again that calls itself a resort. I guess just because it's beachfront property they have the right to call it a resort."

"Room was outdated. Broken floor tiles. Freezer/fridge leaked from ice buildup in freezer. Needed painted. Other roo.s had been updated but this one I guess had yet to be done. Great view on oceanside though."
