"Apartment was in an excellent position close to the old town. It is in a new building with a lift. No issues with the apartment apart from the shower unit which is in a bath which is set in a way which is very awkward to get in and out of especially if you are smaller in stature or have issues with mobility. communication with the owners was excellent and the sauna works fine. I would recommend this apartment for a stay in Tallinn."

"Sadly the only photo I took of the hotel was the bowl of Nutella that was out during breakfast. Obviously this was my favorite part! Lol! The room was comfortable and spacious, the spa area was beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious but we stayed for 4 nights and wish breakfast could have rotated because we ate the same thing everyday, although there were a good amount of options. I’d stay here again!"

"Great stay in a convenient location. Building has everything you need. A kitchen, laundry room and somewhere to sit and eat. Great concept. Not like your standard hotel, felt more like living in an apartment building. The hotel's sister restaurant Lou Lou was great although it does get very busy which impacts service. The menu for hotel guests (where breakfast is included) is a little limited but I enjoyed it every morning. Old town was about a 10-minute walk away. Tallinn port was around 7...

"excellent location a few minutes to the square, coffee shops, restaurants, sights. Comfortable space except we had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs which was tiresome after long day of walking."

"Uusi hotelli lähellä satamaa vastasi odotuksiin. Hotelli on siisti ja homma toimii moitteetta. Huone oli hyvän kokoinen, todella mukava sänky, iso TV (jossa Chromecast ei tosin toiminut, ei haitannut) ja pieni sohva. Täällä viihtyi lapsen kanssa ja viihtyisi useammankin yön. Aamupala oli hyvä ja tarjolla oli kivoja vaihtoehtoja. Palvelu sujui englanniksi tosi kivasti! Kätevä sijainti sataman lähellä, todella lyhyt matka Vikingin terminaaliin ja Tallinkille hiukan pidempi kävely mutta silti...

"Good location. Food outlets, small supermarket 5 mins walk. Long distance bus station is 25 mins walk away or 10 mins by bus. Ferry for Finland is 10 mins walk or 5 mins(1 stop) away. Bigger supermarket and shopping center 10 mins walk. Old town 10 mins walk. Room is spacious. Has fudge, microwave and stove with pots, pans, plates, cups and cutlery. Only minor glitch was you can only open a small gap for the window. We had a few warm nights."

"Beautiful Spa and pool. The gym was very well equipped. All staff were professional but with a lovely natural and friendly manner. As for the breakfast….the most amazing breakfast selection we have ever had during a hotel stay. We’d without a doubt stay again and recommend it highly to anyone considering Swissotel Tallinn. "
