The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and cooking essentials.

During your stay, you’re welcome to shop our small on-site farm store for Oostema Wagyu. As a guest, you can also request a private shopping time with Lisa. Grab a cut, then cook it just a few steps from where it was raised. It’s a pretty cool full-circle moment.


𝐇𝐨𝐭 𝐓𝐮𝐛 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬
Unwind in our guest-only hot tub, fully fenced with a private gated entrance, creating a peaceful space to relax and enjoy the farm in complete privacy. Open daily from 8am to 9pm. After booking, you’ll receive a link to reserve your personal time slot. Scheduling ensures each guest has dedicated soak time and allows us to maintain water quality, safety, and proper heating between uses.

🌿 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗜𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆

Guests will have private access to the entire Little Farmhouse unit.

Your stay also includes access to several shared amenities on the farmstead:

Hot Tub: Our guest-only hot tub is open daily from 8am to 9pm. After booking, you’ll receive a link to reserve a private time slot. The hot tub is located just behind our main farmhouse.
Outdoor Areas: You are welcome to use the BBQ grill and the fire pit.
Property: Feel free to take peaceful walks around the property and simply enjoy the space.


𝐏𝐞𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲
One well-behaved dog under 50 lbs is welcome with a pet fee (reach out if your dog is larger). Please add your pet to the reservation to view the fee.
Dogs must be kept leashed, quiet, and supervised at all times. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, must never be left alone, and must be kept away from livestock.

𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐓𝐨 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞
• This is a real Farm stay on a working farm. You may see animals, farm equipment, and normal day-to-day farm activity during your visit.
• We host other guests on the property in nearby accommodations, but everyone has their own space and the overall atmosphere stays calm and respectful.
• Hot tub use is scheduled for dedicated time slots between 8am and 9pm.
• Getting around is easiest by car due to our rural location.
• Adults-focused atmosphere year-round. (Only 16+ allowed)

Guest Interaction
We are available by message during your stay and we live on the property. We typically respond quickly between 8am and 9pm. If something urgent comes up outside those hours, message us and we will do our best to respond as soon as possible.

📍You’ll find us in Lynden, Washington, where the pace slows down and the views stretch for miles. The Little Farmhouse sits on our working farm surrounded by open fields and pastureland, perfect for quiet mornings and sunset evenings.

You’re close to great day trips like Bellingham, Mt. Baker, Nooksack Falls, and the coast, but you’ll come home to real country calm.
