This is what sets us apart, and in summer it's where you'll spend every evening. The whole yard is private, fully fenced, and gated, so the kids and the dog can roam and you can actually relax. Fire up the propane grill for BBQ nights, then move to the covered patio for dinner under string lights with seating for six. As it cools off, settle into the Adirondack chairs around the real wood-burning fire pit, or call everyone over for a game of giant Jenga under the stars. It's the kind of outdoor space that usually costs a two-hour drive, right outside your door.

THE SAUNA
A Redwood Outdoors steam and heat sauna (seats 4), built from natural cedar for a warm, spa-like feel. It's the perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking, paddling, or exploring the coast. Breathe in the cedar and let the day go. Plenty of guests book us for the sauna alone.

WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP
Two private king bedrooms with blackout curtains, ceiling fans, smart TVs, luxury bedding, luggage racks, and the kind of quiet you don't get at a hotel.

Then there's the secret attic, the third sleeping space, hidden in the loft behind the curtains. Your kids climb the ladder and disappear for hours. It's a cedar-lined hideaway with string lights, bean bag chairs, a memory foam queen bed piled with pillows, and a plush campfire to gather around. The loft doubles as a second living space.

The nearest waterfront park is Harborview, three minutes away. Howarth Park is under five minutes. Both are good for a morning run, a decompression walk, or a slow sunset. You're minutes from downtown Everett and the waterfront, close to everything while staying tucked away and quiet.

Fully stocked and ready to use: a coffee bar with locally roasted beans, tea, organic spices and honey, GreenPan ceramic cookware, and wood and silicone cutting boards. The bathroom is stocked with non-toxic soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
