You will have access to the entire house except for the small shed on the side of the house.

You will have access to the garage which is meant for 2 cars.

I do not live on site, but I live about 25 minutes away so I will be happy to help out!

Our spacious home is located at the end of the street in a small and safe neighborhood. You will be minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, the freeway, and more! Perfect for groups needing a place close to Boeing.

*NOTE: You will be close to 112th Street and Paine Field Airport so do expect some noise. Noise isn`t as bad when inside.

You can walk to many bus stops close by (5-10 min)

The closet grocery store is Walmart which is just 3 minutes away. Uber is also a great way to get around if you don`t have your own car.

The fridge does not make ice but we have provided some ice trays for your use.
- Quite hours: from 10pm-8am

- No shoes inside the house please. After your reservation we will inspect the the carpet and if we find staines, you will be responsible for the cost of the carpet cleaning.

- No parties, events, or large gatherings

- No unauthorized guest: Guests who are not listed on the reservation are
considered unauthorized guests and will be charged $150 per night.

- Guests staying for more than 30 days must agree to sign a formal lease agreement.

- Complaints from neighbors for any disturbance or noise will lead to removal of guests from the property without a refund.

- No smoking: If evidence of smoking is found in the house or anywhere in the premises of the house, guest will be fined $250 for breaking our no smoking policy.

- Breaking the house rules or any damage to the property or furnishings may cost you the deposit and we may enter the house (including police or legal action) for necessary corrective/preventive actions.

- The owners/managers reserve the right to enter the premises to make repairs/maintenance or in case of an emergency.

Check-In & Verification:
For your security and convenience, guest verification and check-in details are managed through Enso Connect, our trusted digital check-in platform. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive an email or text with a secure Enso link to complete a quick ID verification and guest portal setup.
