Cost was very reasonable, real estate agents great.Only one wish (same as a previous review), there needs to be a split system air conditioner. June visit and the unit was very, very cold. Lucky a friend in another unit had a heater we could borrow.I would stay again but would be more prepared.

Overall a great little unit we are comfortable close to town and love being in Evans head. Lovely simple decor without clutter, clean and functional. Quiet area. The only negative was that the kitchen blind did not close, feeling exposed to neighbouring properties in the evening when the lights were on, though a simple fix to replace.
