We welcome well behaved pets and service animals. There is a one time fee of $25 per stay with a 2 pet maximum (dogs and/or cats only). This was the perfect place for our little group of four to stay. We each had our own very comfortable room, nice living room for evening chats, and the kitchen met our needs. Plenty of parking was a plus, as was the cleanliness of this home. Location was very quiet and safe. We definitely recommend staying here.

What a nice place to stay! The master suite was roomy and comfortable. Very child friendly with safety in mind. Plenty of room in the kitchen to make meals with double door refrigerator and large stove. Loved the beautiful bougainvillea arch!

Brianna was very welcoming, quick to respond to any issues or questions we had, amenities were all that we needed, home was comfortable and clean and the property was perfect for our large family. My husband and I live close by but needed a bigger space to accommodate our children and grandchildren for Christmas. We were back and forth each day; enjoyed the outdoors, playground, seating areas on porches, bonfire pit, grill and our grands adored feeding “Cherokee” the friendly horse! We love rural settings so the private, peaceful outdoors was just perfect for us! We enjoyed the large kitchen for preparing meals (most especially on Christmas Day) and plenty of seating. The small games inside and even ping pong for the dining table was a huge hit with our grandchildren! We literally hung stockings across the fireplace and brought in a small tree for Christmas morning. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Brianna again. Perfect home for a large family gathering.

Host was very nice and communication was easy & responsive. Cute house & loved all the stuff for kids to be able to do inside & outside. Loved the location and bring able to see pony and cows from priperty behind the house. Couple of things that should be addressed, outside the viewing pond is so nasty, it should be kept up cleaning wise if not it could cause issues with mosquitoes. And rope cover over it is dry rotted if someone accidentally feel on it you would fall in for sure.Inside, beds not comfortable, kitchen could use some more stuff like, spatulas, large cooking spoons, frying pans, large cookie sheets, pizza pan and cutter. Water pressure in house is very weak, hot water does not get real hot, hall bathroom tub knobs very hard to turn. Otherwise wise all was good.

Beautiful property for quick weekend stay with some unfortunate cons

We recently stayed at this property with a group of six people and our puppy. Overall, the house is very nice — it smelled clean when we arrived, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We especially enjoyed the back patio area, and the horse next door that would come up to the fence and say hi was a unique and charming touch.That said, there were a few issues that made our stay less than ideal, especially for those bringing pets. While the listing is pet-friendly, we would caution fellow pet owners: the yard is full of ant piles, dead grass, and these painful little spiky spurs that got all over us and our puppy. It made walking the dog very much stressful than enjoyable.The home did smell clean, but the floors were noticeably dirty. Since we were asked to remove our shoes at the door, we quickly realized just how gritty and unclean the floors were. Even more concerning, we discovered a pack of cookies in a nightstand on the day we checked out — something we hadn’t noticed earlier, but which made us question how thorough the cleaning process really was.Considering the 300 we were charged in cleaning and pet fees, plus the required property damage protection fee, we expected a higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. The location and layout were great, but some of these oversights were off-putting and made the stay feel a bit overpriced for what we got.

Quiet country retreat

This house was just as advertised, but with more. It seemed far out , but was close enough to Eustis and Mount Dora to go in and have fun and then come back and relax. There were homes around it, but it was very quiet and even had a nice pony and peacock to admire in the lot next-door. The house itself was very comfortable and clean. The upstairs bathroom was beautiful. We were on a very quick trip so we didn’t get to take advantage of all the amenities the house had to offer, but it would be a great house for a family with kids to explore.! The host was very communicative and check-in/check-out was very easy. We would definitely return and stay in this house.!
