Located in the heart of the “Island”, our home is minutes from 2 championship golf courses and the Holiday Island Marina. Less than 10 miles from Eureka Springs, this house is spacious and ready for the whole family to show up and have a great time. The Haven is equipped with a full kitchen and everything needed to cook meals in or if you truly want to be on vacation and don't plan on cooking, you can find numerous award winning restaurants just a few miles down the road. Eureka Springs is known for its many shops, hiking trails, activities such as zip lines and the Great Passion Play. Eureka Springs hosts many musical acts, parades and Live events. It also has been ranked on Southern Livings "best small towns" list, many years in a row. This home is less than an hours drive to Branson Mo and Bentonville AR.

Our home has many great amenities and is known for it's cleanliness! One of the highlights of this house is the wrap around porch. The house faces the north and looks towards Table Rock Lake. Just imagine yourself sitting here enjoying the boats going by, sipping on a nice iced tea or your favorite glass of wine. This is the perfect place to sit and read a book as we are on a lightly traveled street.

The kitchen is stocked with all of the basics for cooking in and has a beautiful gas range. There is a breakfast nook that seats 4. The laundry facility is just down the hall next to the half bath on the main floor. We also have a full dining table that seats 6. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV. We have a beautiful fireplace for those cooler evenings during your stay. (firewood is not provided) The living area as a queen sized sleeper sofa, space for 2 more to sleep. On the main floor you will find the master bedroom and bath. This bedroom also has a smart Tv. The master bath has a lovely jetted bath tub, a shower and double vanity. Climbing upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. One bedroom has a nice queen size bed, sleeping 2 and the other has 2 trundle beds, sleeping a total of 4. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub combo.

Memorial day weekend lake stay

The House was so sparkling clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The den area was great for our 10 month old to crawl around and play. We would for sure love to come back!

Holiday Island Gem

The house was easily accessible on Holiday Island. With plenty of space for parking. We were very greatful our trip was able to be moved to later dates due to weather. Beautiful and comfortable home while visiting Table Rock Lake.

The home is very clean, cozy and welcoming. Having a fullkitchen and 2 1/2 baths makes it accommodating. Highly recommend this home for your stay in this area.

Peaceful & Serene

Absolutely loved this home. It was clean and cozy with ample space for six adults and an infant. Although we didn't have time to use it, the firepit it is a great amenity. The deer watching was awesome, right in the back yard! Bonus was this is a dog friendly home & they even provided treats...Bella loved them!!

Convenient location

Home was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. They even left a little care package for our dog. (He loved the treats!) Location was very convenient to our activities in Eureka Springs. We loved the quiet neighborhood.

Nice home

The home was clean and very generous with supplies for our 2 week stay. My husband loved the very soft master mattress but my back did not. There were other options in the additional rooms so it worked out. We had a few minor issues and they were attended to right away! There was a stale smoke odor (not strong) and they sent odor reducing spray to use for that. There was a cute back yard set up but we had difficulty utilizing it as the dogs next door barked constantly when we sat out there. Not our home owners fault and nothing to do about it. Great area and lovely home!

It was a beautiful area and we really enjoyed spending time at the nearby Marina and Beaver Lake. The house is very comfortable and relaxing as well, there were many wildlife sightings.

A lakeside gem.

I stayed at Lakeside Haven while visiting the area on a business trip. This house was much more house than I needed but it was just perfect. It was very spacious and probably the cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful. There is a great firepit area in the yard which I did not get to take advantage of, but if you are a family staying in this house, it is a nice bonus space for making memories. This house has great internet for getting some work done. The host was very responsive and offered a lot of information about area things to do and places to grab a bite! Thanks for the hospitality!
