Our multi-generation family had a great stay at Porches on the Park. The property is well maintained and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the tools needed to whip up great meals. The cookware was in great condition. We appreciated the ice maker!! The home had the best collection of games and activities of any rental we’ve had. We loved the record player and were impressed with the eclectic vinyl collection. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family friends and daughters

First time at Carlton Landing - great quiet but fun place. The house was perfect. Super clean, just a couple easy blocks from the lake, pool, eateries, shops, etc...Every little place is clean and friendly - hopefully with the planned expansion that we read about, it will stay that way. The house was amazing! We have stayed at lake homes before and always needed to bring some things to cook outdoors and eat with, on top of all the beach/boat items. This place had it all. The grill was perfect, the kitchen items allowed us to eat in the house a few times and we had had a blast using the popcorn machine to make popcorn to take down to listen to a live band playing by the lake one night. The porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. The teens had a blast exploring the town, playing pickleball, using the pool, grabbing milkshakes, and playing at the inflatable water park. It was a great spot where they could come and go freely and the parents all felt super safe about them sight seeing and exercising outdoors. Lastly - the Nine Marina is a super short drive...if you love the water - they are great!! Boat and jet ski rental, a fun little mexican cantina, and all was super clean and the people were helpful and friendly. All of us were hooked on the area and having such a beautiful and welcoming place to stay made every day great.
