It’s located 2 minutes from downtown & a 7-minute walk from the ocean and the famous cliffs that line the magnificent Etretat beach.

My home is approximately 100 m² and features, on the first floor, an entryway opening onto the garden and a courtyard where you can unload your luggage.
The entire house opens onto the garden—a well-maintained space where you can enjoy meals and soak up the sun.
On the first floor, you’ll find a large, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area.
Upstairs, there’s a first bedroom, followed by a landing area with a sofa & TV that can serve as a guest room.
Finally, a very large bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet complete this property.
Both bedrooms are furnished with 160×200 beds.
