Our family stayed here on a short vacation to visit my extended family in Tennessee. The listing looked amazing and with the pool and hot tub we hoped to be able to visit and enjoy the amenities with family. The mgr said that we could have our family over to visit and use the pool. ( I verified this beforehand bc we had nowhere else to visit if they couldn't come to the property and chose this place specifically for the pool and hot tub) Upon arrival, we noticed it was in a gorgeous setting. However, the managers live on site, which was not clear in the post. And they were around quite a bit. There is also another apt in the same building ( house). In addition, this rental does not have 1.5 baths as listed. There is one bathroom. There is a full size bed but not a " bedroom". It is a studio apt . There is no room to have visitors. But, it is a very cute apt and great for a couple.The pool area is not exactly as pictured in the post. It could use some cleaning/maintenance. It was enjoyable for the kids though.

Excellent Property, Host, and Location

Perfect place for my husband and I to stay while we attended a nearby wedding. Coffee and Tea was a plus, very cozy room with comfortable bed. Superb Hot tub was amazing to relax after long day and pool was refreshing. Price was so affordable and worth every single penny. Highly recommend this to anyone. Will definitely be back! Thank you for such a wonderful stay! PS, my husband was not happy about my booking until we got there and then he gave me a compliment for finding such a wonderful place!

-I left a day early because had allergic reaction to mildew, heavy dust and dampness in the room - In all fairness, I did not contact the owners about the issues until after I left, I felt too ill physically, The one time I spoke to owners, they were very nice & personable. - Bathroom: The entire commode rocked back and forth while sitting on it; when the lever to start the shower was pulled, it caused the faucet in the tub to pull away from the shower wall. - Small Fridge: I did not use it because it was not clean (crumbs in it and what looked like dead gnats.) The freezer part of it needed defrosting. -Bedside table drawers and antique dresser drawers: I left my clothes in my suitcase because the drawers looked dirty and had no liners. -Hot Tub: Nice and hot. Good jets but smelled heavily like mildew and caused my legs to itch and sting. -Bed: Nice quilt and linens and would have been very comfy but the quilt & linens always felt damp. -Air Conditioner: Cold air but had dirty filters in it. - Ink lines on couple of walls like small child’s drawing/writing.

Great place to stay😊

Dana and Lisa were very nice people. Lisa greeted us when we arrived. She told us if we need anything.just knock on their door. Very quiet area. Would definitely stay again and tell others about the property. My husband and I were visiting our daughter and they were able to come over and use the beautiful pool. Also has a nice hot tub, which we were in every night. Very well lit at night, gate that closes on the property and locks protected by codes, so it’s a very safe place to stay! Thank you to Dana and Lisa for their hospitality 😊 Will definitely stay again in the future!!!!!

Perfect getaway for 2

Dana and Lisa provided a perfect place for me and my daughter to stay. Lisa recommended several outdoor activities and good restaurants to visit in the area that were above and beyond what we had planned. It was also nice to come back and soak in the hot tub to wind down our evening. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Love the hot tub

We booked the ROOM only listing but when we arrived Lisa showed us the larger unit which we liked better so we switched. Very quite neighborhood several miles off Hwy 411. Bed was comfy. Only complaint was the toilet needs to be tightened down.

Absolutely fantastic!

They are the definition of sweet southern hospitality! The owners were so kind and polite it made my fiance and I feel right at home. Although we were too busy to use the pool or hottub, the room was so cozy and sweet we loved it there!

Perfect spot

This was a perfect place for a weekend in the Tennessee mountains. Nice hiking and rafting and wonderful views. The owners were very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Will definitely be back this summer
