Check in was easy! The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked to have enough dishes, pots, silverware, etc to feed our crew. Views from the porch were very nice. I would heartily recommend this house.

Beautiful waterfront home with amazing view!!! Plenty room for all of us, very clean and comfortable the kids loved the ping pong table in the large game room upstairs The home had all the amenities, just bring your family. The owner , Carla was so friendly and made us feel so welcomed one of the biggest things was that it was affordable for us to have all of our kids and grandkids!!! Thanks again Carla!!! Had a blast!

Spent our spring break at the property with friends and family. Ages ranging from 8 yrs old to 80. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting. The children played in the water, while the adults relaxed on the very spacious back porch. Everyone had such a good time. The house had all the amenities and was very well stocked. Kayaks, life vests, floats, grills, wood for the fireplace, games etc…The host was very attentive, and we definitely look forward to coming back!If you’ve never been to Nacogdoches, it’s less than a 30 minute drive from the property, and is definitely worth the drive.

Comfort with beautiful views

We spent our Thanksgiving here this year and had family come from multiple directions to meet here. It was to be the first Thanksgiving where my MIL and FIL had all of his children and their kids all in one place in quite a few years and the place was perfect!! It was comfortable and spacious and the kitchen even had all of the utensils needed for the whole family to be able to eat all together. Plenty of table seating as well. Our host was very communicative and the house had more than we needed to make the trip simply cozy and comfortable. Loved the BACK PORCH with the beautiful view of the lake!!! Will most definitely use this house and especially the host again the next time I have the pleasure of hosting our family!!

Excellent place to relax

We were very impressed with everything about the home. The water is right in the back yard to swim and hangout and the home was beautiful and large enough to accommodate my large family and friend group. I definitely recommend this place to others.

Vacation 2024

This place is wonderful. We so enjoyed our time together. The house itself is amazing. Lots of room for everyone to stay comfortably. A large kitchen with plenty of dining space. Multiple bedrooms and beds, which are very comfortable! Our family enjoyed fishing, swimming, games, and relaxing. We had a variety of ages ranging from 2 yrs old to 68. Our hostess was perfect. She checked with us to make sure we were doing well and to see if we needed anything. Communication was great. Anytime we had a question she was very prompt to respond. We all felt we were living in the lap of luxury and making memories we will cherish always. Top notch vacation!

Perfect lake stay!

This house was perfect for our large family, friend group! The house is beautiful and clean! The lake is right in the backyard and perfect for taking a dip, especially with the smaller children. Property managers were kind and quick to answer any questions we had. It is THE perfect place to book your lake vacation. We will be back!

First class in every aspect.

I couldn't have imagined how nice this place would be on arrival. The view was breathtaking. The place was like new, very roomy, and was way beyond my expectations. My entire group was blown away by the house and its amenities. On top of it all I asked Carla if there was a deep fryer for frying seafood and there wasn't, so she went out and purchased a first class one for our group to use. What a top-notch operation. I'll give it 5-stars across the board and will be back. Thanks again Carla

Great time with family and friends!

We enjoyed this house so much! The kids and adults all had a blast! The living room and kitchen area was great for a large crowd! The game room was a blast for all the kids. The welcome basket of snacks and the extra touches of items the host left was fantastic! The back porch and view of the lake was spectacular! We look forward to renting this place again!
