A large “treehouse” deck distinguishes this spacious 3-bedroom, 1-bath chalet with three queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Beautifully decorated in mountain décor, the Treehouse features a large personal hot tub, patio with gas grill, washer/dryer, and wood-burning fireplace. Dine in with a fully-appointed kitchen or explore downtown shopping and dining minutes from your door. Your stay includes cable TV and free DVD movie rentals, a heated pool in the summer and complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter. Free Wi-Fi. Dogs welcome with approval ($25 per dog/per night) but no other pets and no smoking, please. Sleeps eight.

Good location for hiking in the park

Great location for easy access to Fall River Entrance. Property suited our needs, hot tub and kitchen were nice. Beds were a little too soft and noise carried easily from the other units.

Treehouse Chalet 14

Our second time staying here on a family vacation. We loved the nice big kitchen area and the large living room and dining room table. The deck was very nice too. Private hot tub very clean and we enjoyed that amenity. The kids enjoyed the clean community pool close to our cabin. We saw a few deer pretty regularly at this location too. Our whole family of five enjoyed the trip immensely and the grandparents too.

Wonderful spot away from it all

Great three bedroom place for 3 to 6 people to just relax and enjoy the beauty of Estes. The hot tub is clean and warm. The kitchen had all you'll need and the river across the road, swollen when we went in late June, is beautiful.

Christmas Getaway

Wonderful place to stay at a great price!

Very clean property with great amenities. The personal hot tub was a major plus! The location was great as it was only a few miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The only negative for this property was that it is located above another unit. Having a small child running around would disrupt the neighbors below. This mean that we had to be quieter for the downstairs neighbors at night. Other than that, I would highly recommend this listing and look forward to staying here again.

Great location to RMNP

It was so nice having 3 bedrooms for our family of 6. We had all the kitchen things we needed, plenty of towels and it was a great location. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The only negatives were the slightly creaky floors and the noises when the heater turned on.

Excellent getaway-would stay again

Nice views of trees; excellent location to town and RMNP. Would suggest more living room and dining room table lighting; more than 1 small cutting board; more spoons and plates-we had to wash a lot and only had 4, not 8; matches and wood for fireplace would be a plus; rolling pin, colander/strainer; lids for pots for people actually cooking; overal very nice and updated-had a great time

Lovely visit

The facility was great. It was very clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add something to the shower to make it less risky for a fall. My 82 year old mom with osteoporosis struggled with that, and clearly seeing the steps inside. Otherwise, I would want to come again.

This stay was one of our favorites so far, we come to Estes quite often but now we know where we will be staying. The house was cute, along with the beautiful view right out the master bedroom windows. The hottub was very clean and very roomy, and that's a huge plus for us!

Very fun and spacious stay!

Lots of space for those of us who enjoyed our weekend stay. It was clean, easy to get to and the hut tub was perfect! Management was accommodating with extra toilet paper because there was only one roll when we got there.
