This property was perfect for our family. The 3rd floor covered deck was amazing! It was the perfect place for shade and to escape the heat. The pool was beautiful and refreshing, fabian, the property manager was ni e and promptly reaponsive. We went to the beach a few times during our stay. We loved that there were beach chairs and a cooler at the house to utilize. That made our beach trip much more enjoyable. If you are going to this area in general, you should know that the entire town has no unifoed water source. Water comes from a large holding tank on the property. The holding tank ran out of water at 11pm the night before we were leaving. Text the property manager at midnight to let him know and the water truck was there by 9 AM.Unfortunately , we had to be out the door at nine a m , so no showers for us. It was just bad timing. I think refills are pretty prompt in most circumstances. The water they provide for showers and toilets cannot be consumed. So there is a separate large water jug available for drinking, brushing teeth, etc. My only complaint is it might be time to replace the coffee pot. It was stained and dirty to the point i was not comfortable.using it (note I did not notify the prooerty manager of this issue). They did provide a bag of coffee. I took it down the street to another family rental and made coffee there instead. Overall, we would stay here again!
