The Space:

The Neighborhood:
Le Mirage apartments and penthouses in Santa Vista is just a 5 minute walk from this quaint bustling community offering a traditional slice of Southern Spain. Less touristy than its larger neighbours, residents of all nationalities are attracted by the relaxed peaceful atmosphere and easy access to a number of beautiful nearby beaches – conveniently accessed via the footbridge in Cancelada. The newly developed area will be known as Santa Vista and will be connected via a bridge to Los Flamingos.

The New Golden Mile is one of the most sought after stretches of the Costa del Sol, known for its luxury 5-star hotels and beautiful beaches. Upmarket attractions include the Kempinski Resort Hotel (named as one of the Leading Hotels of the World) and the fantastic Laguna Village with its stylish beachside restaurants, exclusive shops and spa. It’s also ideal for golf aficionados: neighbouring Los Flamingos, Cancelada Golf Club, Tramores Golf Club, La Resina Golf & Country Club, and equestrians can take advantage of the British Horse Society approved horse riding centre Escuela de Arte Ecuestre Costa del Sol. There is also a safari park, water sports, sailing, fishing and beach clubs where you can let your hair down and cool off with a long drink.

2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
6. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €499,00.
7. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
8. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.

Important: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. Thesy do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community.

TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.

our stay in Le Mirage

We had a good stay in Estepona, the apartment was small but nice. Unfortunately there were some technical problems: • The air condition in the master bedroom makes a huge noise. • It takes a long time to get warm water everywhere. • The shower in the two bed room was not working, no warm water and stop and go. • To be able to enter and to come of that shower, you need to be an acrobat! • The water everywhere, also in the kitchen came irregular and stopped suddenly. • Depending on the wind there is a very bad smell coming from the sewage treatment plant. • Thereare no sun blinds on the balcony. It was even in this period too hot to seat outside in the afternoon. Regarding all those points, the rent of this apartment was much too high. We would not rent that apartment anymore and we think we should get a discount.
