Una parcela elevada rodeada por tres exclusivos campos de golf de Marbella, El Paraiso, Monte Mayor y con vistas panorámicas desde muchas de las terrazas con vistas a Atalaya, uno de los más prestigiosos campos de golf de la zona y otros 10 campos a 10 minutos en coche. A solo unos minutos se encuentra el pueblo de Benahavis, famoso por sus restaurantes de primera clase y cerca, los famosos centros turísticos de Marbella y Puerto Banús ofrecen entretenimiento tanto de día como de noche, y sin olvidar las compras de diseñadores de lujo. Es un lugar donde la calidad y la exclusividad se sienten en cada detalle, haciendo de Benatalaya un lugar ideal para alojarse. We had another great stay. We stayed for 2 months and had everything we needed. The owner Mark is always responsive and Louise who helps with check in and any questions is also very helpful. We come here for the local trails available in walking distance or we drive up 5 min to Benahavís and explore the amazing trails from there. Also love the added bonus of the gym and Sauna.Highly recommended for adults and children. Our 4 year old nephew visited for a week and he loved the indoor pool. It’s a 10 minute drive to San Pedro beach and we made good use of the beach chairs during their visit.The Benatalaya complex is very clean and well cared for, lots of people live there full time, the security is top notch and everyone is very friendly. The local Mercadona has everything you need. Looking forward to returning in November

We stayed here for 4 weeks. The apartment is really comfortable and well equipped. Loads of space inside and out. Really quiet at night and everyone you meet is really friendly. Mark was great at making sure everything was perfect for our stay. We made great use of the gym and indoor pool and sauna. The location is also perfect for trail running and hiking as you can set off straight from the door up into the Benahavis trails. We cook and eat in a lot so I really appreciated the well equipped kitchen and eating out on the balcony with the amazing views every day was priceless. The TV setup was great for movies and watching all the popular shows found on all the different streaming channels. There’s a supermarket and cafe 5 min walk away and you can be in Benahavis or Puerto Banus or San Pedro or Guadalmina in 10-15 min by car. All have great choices for food and drink. Highly recommended 😊 We are already booked to stay again.

MAGNIFICENT LARGE APARTMENT WITH WRAP AROUND BALCONIES AND AMAZING VIEWS ALL ROUND. WE HAD A BRILLIANT 2 WEEKS HERE AND DEFINATLEY GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY. FULLY EQUIPPED TO A HIGH STANDARD. We spent a nice week in this big, generous and beautiful apartment and enjoyed most of all the incredibly big and very special terrace with its beautiful view. A supermarket is just around the corner and the beaches can be reached by car in just a few minutes. We really enjoyed it and hope to return one day. Thank you!

This apartment is on a beautifully maintained complex. The pools are lovely and the pool nearest to the apartment is literally 20 seconds away! The actual apartment is fabulous with stunning views from the fantastic balcony. We enjoyed playing cards, sipping cava and admiring the view! We had a problem when were there and it was dealt with very quickly and effectively - both by Louise and Mark. This is a fabulous apartment in a beautiful location that I would highly recommend.

The apartment was spacious and clean and the balcony was wonderful including the shade. As we weren't in school holidays the pool was pretty quiet although there weren't enough sun loungers by the pool at the weekend when it was busier. We enjoyed the location for visiting Estepona and Benahavis. All in all a perfect stay we will be back!

This is the 4th time we have stayed at Mark's Apartment. Booking with Mark couldn't be easier and communication is great. The Apartment is really a home from home, it's so comfortable and has everything you could need. This time we visited with 2 other couples, The Balconies are a great place for a G&T and sit with friends until the early hours! The pool and surrounding areas are great with plenty of sun beds. The local Supermarket has everything and more and is within 5 minutes walk. We made several visits to Benhavis (about 10 mins in a car or 12 Euros by Taxi) where the Restaurants are superb. Hope to be back again soon!

This is a really good quality apartment equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable, relaxing holiday. The wrap around terraces give an amazing view of mountains and coast with Gibraltar on the horizon and gives all day sunshine. Lots of shaded areas too for when it got too hot. The garden grounds of the complex are a delight. The apartment is well placed, only 50 minutes from the airport and close to lots of lovely beaches and restaurants. Even the supermarket is within walking distance. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and will be likely to book it again in the future.

We stayed at the penthouse for 7 nights during the Christmas holiday. There were 2 adults and 1 teenager (14). We had more space than we needed but it was still cozy. Our teenager would have loved to see other teenagers close to her age, but she enjoyed our day trips. The wrap around balcony was beautiful to look out from while the sun was up. The whole complex is very well maintained and secure. There were some minor repairs being done on the stairs and entryways. It was very quiet because of the time of year. We had a car but we took the city bus to Gibraltar, which we highly recommend. The trip was just about an hour each way. We enjoyed Puerto Banus and Benahavis. We drove to Ronda which was breathtaking but the drive up is a little nerve wracking. We did make our way to El Corte Ingles. We had no idea what it was. My husband who does not enjoy shopping really liked it. We do no longer have stores like this in the U.S. that carry everything under one roof. We will definitely be making a return visit and recommend the property and area. Thank you Mark for opening up your vacation home to us.

This was our third time staying in this lovely penthouse apartment. This time we travelled with our grown up sons and their partners. We absolutely adore the Benatalya complex and it’s gorgeous landscaped gardens as well as making full use of the pools (indoor and outdoor) and the gym. The penthouse itself has absolutely everything you need for a ‘home from home’ and comfortable stay. In particular there’s is plenty of room for each couple to have their own space. The views from the balcony are wonderful and the perfect place to chill out at the end of the day with a G&T. The location of the Mercadona (a two minute walk away) is so convenient and enabled us to purchase everything we needed during our stay especially supplies of fresh meat and fish for our BBQ’s. This time round we made a return visit to Gibraltar for the day, several visits to Benahavis and trips into Puerto Banus and Marbella. We also discovered Esteponea and San Pedro ( lovely beach and promenade). However the best ‘find’ of the holiday was the Argentine Grill, a five minute walk down the road, where the food was absolutely delicious and the pre-dinner drinks /cocktails in the lounge something special. Our inbound flight was an evening flight and at our request, Louisa (Property manager) very kindly arranged for some basic supplies of water, bread, milk etc.to be waiting in the apartment. All our dealings with Mark, as usual were straightforward, he is prompt to respond to all correspondence and keen to help. We hope to return next Summer!

This was the perfect place to stay for our first family holiday in Spain. The penthouse was even better than described with everything we needed. We all loved the spa pool and gym and enjoyed the peaceful secure location, with its beautiful views to the sea, mountains and Gibraltar. The supermarket over the road was much larger than we expected and even sold gluten free bread. It was lovely being so close to Benahavis where we ate in a couple of great restaurants. The penthouse is in such a good location, away from any built up tourist areas, but still a short drive to good places to visit. We particularly liked the beautiful old town of Ronda, which we may have missed if it hadn't been in Mark's useful info pack. We were impressed by Louisa who greeted us with a smile despite the fact we were hours late after our flight was diverted to Malaga from Gibraltar. It was helpful too that we could contact Mark on the day to help us out. We would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone and only wish we could have stayed longer.

We just spend nice Xmas vacation in this property. Marc is highly professional in his communication and all was smooth and as agreed. Apartment is confortable for two families with one kid each, really appreciated 3 bathrooms. Highlight is terrace over looking golf course and Gibraltar, even it was December we had many nice moments sitting and enjoying the sun. Compound is good maintained and Spa is peacefull and nice, kids really enjoyed pool. Hope we come back soon.

Just returned home after a very enjoyable ten night stay in this wonderful complex. It was nice to see that the reviews that we had read before arriving were spot on. My wife and l used the apartment as a base to tour the Costa del Sol, having never been down this far before. It turned out to be a very wise decision. The apartment itself commands spectacular views from Gibraltar to way past Mabella to the east. It is set within a gated community, with further gated access to the lower floor garage so you always feel very secure. Although there is a local Mercado supermarket, along the coast there is a major Carrefours in Estepona, which is far cheaper and better stocked. The apartment itself is very comfortable, with each room having it's own en suite, and access to a balcony. It is also equipped with just about everything you would want in a rental of this quality. Access to the property on our first day was a breeze, with Louise meeting us at the gate, and explaining how everything worked. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a first rate holiday !

In one word - Wow! I stayed with my daughter and grandson of 15 months - amazing apartment, so well equipped - lovely to see the high chair and cot already set up too. The balcony is huge and watching the sun rise and sun set too everyday - very special. The complex and apartment is secure, which was very important to us. We loved the main pool and were really surprised at how quiet it was. Thank you Mark for all your information and help before our trip and thank you Louise for meeting and greeting us and giving us some useful tips. We had a fantastic holiday - looking to return next year with my husband

We stayed at the penthouse for 13 nights in August, 3 Adults and 3 children aged between 8-10 years. Loads of space for everyone, and the balcony around the property gave us some tremendous views to sit and chill out. Unfortunately the spa wasn't open during our stay due to refurb, but we used the gym daily. The whole complex is very well maintained and secure. We had expected it to be busy given summer peak but it was very quiet not just at the complex but in all the places we visited. Most days there were only a handful of people at the pool we used and on many occasions we had it to ourselves. Life guard was on duty until 7pm daily. Benahavis was our favourite destination, we ate there on a couple of occasions and my friend and her son also did the Benahavis Riverwalk. The Argentine restaurant very close by was excellent. Having the supermarket within walking distance was very handy. Views in the area are magnificent. We went on the cable cars in Bellamadina and also had a day trip to the Bahia Waterpark which the kids loved. Playa de la Rada beach is lovely, much better than San Pedro which was too painful on the feet for the kids. Definately recommend the property and area, and I'm sure we will visit again.

A very spacious apartment with great views . Good size bedrooms all with en suite . The Benatalaya complex is very well kept and situated well for San Pedro, Benahavis and other towns , taxis are easily available if you do not have a car . Overall a great holiday .

There were 5 of us comprising of 3 sister and husbands of 2 of the sisters, our ages for the group ranged from 59 to 67. Upon arriving we were excited to get into the penthouse to see if it was a detailed. Not disappointed there it was in excellent condition and the views from the balcony which went round 3 side were stunning. We were in easy reach of Benahavis, San Pedro Alcantara, and Porto Banus, which we visited on many occasions for meals and evenings out. The 2 gentlemen played golf at the nearest course which was Atalaya golf and country club. The ladies joined us on a few occasions for lunch and a few drinks when we finished playing. We were made so very welcome each time we visited. Louise who looks after the penthouse was always available to keep us correct with an questions we had. Would recommend this penthouse for any family looking for excellent accommodation in the Costa Del Sol. The main thing that attracted our group was having the 3 on suits, and the previous references of people who stayed here. Thanks Mark for opening up your penthouse for people to rent. Very comfortable apartment with cracking views across towards Gibraltar and all around. Lovely balcony and spa. Nice situation with convenient supermarket only moments away. We would recommend a stay here. We couldn't quite work out the IP TV but were not there to watch TV in any case! Thoroughly enjoyable stay. San Pedro promenade was lovely with good restaurants.
