Estanys de la Brenne

I have never had a worst experience at the hotel. The room advertised was completely misrepresented. They advertised the room for three people with a queen bed which turned out to be a double bed. Then the folding couch was a twin bed and the room was basically in a hallway where you could not even walk straight. The bathroom was so small that even me who is 5’4 could not sit on the toilet without touching both sides of the wall and my brother who is 6’1 could not even fit into the bathroom. We had to get another room at another hotel and spent until 2am trying to figure out where my brother would stay as he could not fit on any bed or use the washroom. We ended up spending 1500 CDN dollars more and the staff was rude and completely unhelpful. This was a complete misrepresentation of the room advertised for 3 adults. I feel cheated and they should be removed from Hotel.com

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast and great location. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing apartment, with hotel service!! Will definitely stay here again in the future!
