To start, the bell man was great, he was personable and was ready to help us. We had 4 big luggages and he was ready and willing to help with a smile. When trying to check in, the attendant wasnt as personable. Didnt even smile to welcome us. We got in early, so I asked if they had a room availbe to check in early....

There were no available extras on hand! As we requested multiple times from the front desk, they just told us housekeeping is not in yet that we had to wait for a roll of toilet paper?! Whereas, you could easily just get off your phone and go to the closet or wherever you guys have it stocked and hand us ONE Roll! The service was not...

"Good location if you’re going to the NRG and there’s a free shuttle. Very large room with separate areas. Perfect for people with kids. The biggest complaint is it advertises a restaurant and they don’t even serve food outside of the free breakfast and the walls are very thin so you get distributed a lot at night. "
