"Staff, room and breakfast were wonderful. It was nice to see plant based options as well. Only two things would have been a nice touch in the room to have a dressing gown and a box of tissues. Other than that would defo stay again"

"Upgraded room for sea view which only cost £14. Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. Comfy bed. Breakfast was the star of the show - with food being so expensive in Tromso it was great to have such a big breakfast buffet to fill up on in the morning. Great location too. "

"We stayed in the newly renovated area of the hotel, and it was very nice. We had a large suite with kitchenette and a nice view of the sea, and the mountains. The restaurant on the fifth floor is great and the staff was very helpful. The staff in the lobby main desk also great. Our first day in the spa was very busy with visitors from outside the hotel and the two staff members seemed overwhelmed however, the second day was very quiet and we had the spa to ourselves with one other couple. "The Apartment was spacious and the Kitchen was well stocked. We did not have a clothes washer. Apparently some apartments do and some don't. We needed one. They arranged for us to use the washer at their other property. The breakfast was okay."

"Nice staff, they didn’t answer my email with questions beforehand, so I’d maybe recommend calling. The room was comfy, practical. I love that it was a fridge and tiny kitchen, with some basic kitchen utensils. The TV was tiny and far away from the bed and couch, so I didn’t use it. Good beds, with extra pillows in a closet. "Très bon emplacement situé à 10min du centre ville. Petit logement bien sympathique, literie très confortable. Kitchenette, réfrigérateur. Petite maisonnette très jolie, nous avons pu apercevoir des aurores boréales au pied de la chambre. Petit bémol la table était taché, rien d’alarmant. Et la chambre au réveil est assez froide. Sinon je commande fortement. "

"Great experience. Good connections into the city. Bus 28 every hour and the 20min rotation. I would advise organising transport if your plans are to hunt down some northern lights. I wish you all the best in this venture and I hope it’s as bright as possible showing how strong unit is. Otherwise try the hot dog the veg option was delicious. "We absolutely loved this place, such a big apartment much bigger than we were expecting. Really conveniently located and so close to everything we needed. Staff were great helping us with our bags and taxis. Only thing I would feedback is given how much room we had the bathrooms were very small. The smallest double also could do with black put curtain rather than a blind as there was a street light outside. We loved Tromsø and would defo return here if we come back. "
