"The smoked salmon, yogurt, and croissants at breakfast were delicious. The location was very convenient, right near Notre-Dame Cathedral."

"We loved everything about the hotel. We have no complaints. The staff was simply top notch. The location was everything. We will return to Montreal, and we will return to this wonderful hotel."

"Great location in Old Town Montreal! Loved the food, service was excellent every where!"

"Our room was cleaned extremely well. We had a 1 bedroom with 3 beds, queen, murphy and sofabed and all 3 beds were comfortable. Unit was generously sized with a kitchenette, and the bathroom was also clean, roomy, and accessed from both the bedroom and living room. The staff was very helpful from providing us with extra nespresso pods, to giving us directions, or helping with information."

"I think the parking lot attendant ruined our trip in the first five minutes of our arrival. Wasn’t very friendly and demanded I go pay more for parking after my car was a bit longer than the suv beside us. I have a 5seater Honda and he thought it was a 7 seater. "The location is situated close to all of old Montreal sites. The overall experience of staying at the Sonolux was interesting and unlike any other hotel we have stayed. From check in (minimalist), to the immersive art in the hallways and room, to our checkout the vibe was was unique and appreciated."

"Excellent customer service. The hotel is in the old part of Montreal and is a short walk to restaurants and places of interest. We just walked to Notre Dame Basilica for the Aura show."

"Generally nice room. They were doing loud cleaning work (grinding or buffing) in the middle the night. Very noisy. I was offered ear plugs. More of a $500 hotel. I paid $700."

"The attention is incredible and they attend to you in the language you prefer, English, Spanish or French The breakfasts are delicious"

"What a beautiful stay. My sister and I stayed here for a quick girls trip and what a great boutique hotel to have chosen! The breakfast that is delivered to your room every morning is wonderful, the bedding and ambience of the room is amazing. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying for at least a few nights here, it is in the best location for walking around and sightseeing also!"

"J'ai trouvé l'acceuil excellent, l'enregistrement rapide. L'emplacement est incroyable! Un hotel chic et élégant! Le seul bémol. c'est le matelas beaucoup trop mou."
