Welcome to “Lalla Essaouira”, Villa Najma, our “Beldi Chic” style villa. Located in the Ida Ougourd countryside 15 minutes from Essaouira, our house offers you a stay in conviviality and comfort.

The rental includes exclusive use of the villa with breakfast included, as well as the services of a housekeeper who prepares your meals and cleans the rooms daily. Our gardener takes care of the maintenance of the swimming pool and gardens.
Housing.

Combining modern architecture with a Beldi style that honors the artisanal values of Morocco, the villa was designed and completed in October 2023 with respect for nature: a well provides its water and part of its electricity is produced by the solar energy.
It is also entirely made with materials from the region: Taddelakt, Bajmat, Tajelakht, dry stones, traditional wrought iron, etc.

The house consists of
- The villa is designed for 8 travelers who can occupy the 4 bedrooms. In addition to the king size bed, two bedrooms each have a single bed of 80cm x 200cm which is presented as a sofa, but can also be used as a single bed for one person. Therefore, two rooms can each accommodate an additional person, bringing the number of travelers from 8 to 10 people.
- 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
- the living room has direct access to the terraces, the swimming pool (12mx7m) and the gardens.
- a closed, modern and fully equipped kitchen with its central island.
- a cozy fireplace lounge with a double view of an interior garden and the swimming pool.
- a living/dining room with a view and direct access to the terraces and the swimming pool.
- around the pool house, you can all get together for a BBQ party or sip a fruit cocktail.
- the pool terraces offer you several spaces: an outdoor lounge to relax while enjoying a mint tea, a dining room to enjoy tagines prepared by our housekeeper, a deckchair area to recharge your vitamin D (sun guaranteed) , several relaxation areas for reading, surfing the networks or teleworking and access to a private bowling green to enjoy a moment of games with family or friends.

Traveler access
The Villa is exclusively reserved for you. It is in a secure area of 2 villas and its outbuildings. There are common areas (driveways, parking, etc.) and exclusively private spaces (villa, terrace, swimming pool, poolhouse, garden, bowling green, etc.). There is no opposite when you are in the house or in the swimming pool and the terraces.

What is included in the rental price:
- breakfast: hot drinks (coffee, tea, milk), cold drinks (orange juice, water), Moroccan pancakes, bread, eggs, butter, honey, jam (not included: yogurt, spread, pastries, cereals , cold cuts, ...)
- the daily services of our housekeeper/cook who prepares your meals and cleans the rooms. She will be present from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. each day.
- a meal card is provided to you so you can choose your dishes in advance. The majority of dishes are Moroccan specialties.
- the services of our caretaker/gardener who takes care of the swimming pool and the garden. He is present on the site 24/7.
- bed sheets (220x240 duvet for each king size bed and 150x200 duvet for each single bed)
- bath sheets (2 towels per guest for the stay)
- deckchairs and bath towels for the swimming pool
- shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper,...

What is not included:
- purchase of food for meals other than breakfast.
- the drinks
- pool heating not available
- babysitter service not included

Exchanges with travelers:
The villa is located in the village of Bouzama in the commune of Ida Ougourd, province of Essaouira, 15 minutes from Essaouira, 10 minutes from Essaouira airport, 15 minutes from the beaches of Sidi Kaouki, 5 minutes from Ghazoua supermarket (Aswak Salam), 3 hours from Marrakech by car, 3 hours from Agadir by car and 4 hours from Casablanca. It is preferable to have a vehicle that you can rent locally at Essaouira airport. We can put you in touch upon request. We can also guide you to organize your transfer from all airports (Essaouira, Marrakech or Agadir)

Description of the neighborhood
The villa is peacefully located in the Essaouira countryside at the end of a wide 1km passable track starting from the Marrakech road. The location of the villa is on the GMAP GPS: Lalla Essaouira Bouzama.

Move:
It is strongly recommended to rent a car during your stay. You also have the possibility of calling a taxi for occasional trips between the house and the city of Essaouira.
