"Check in was fast The cottage is older and dated. They had enough beds for all of us. They were bunk beds with the bottom one being big enough for two. The beds were uncomfortable. The pillows flat. The bathroom was small with the shower very tight. The kitchen was nice. It was big with a dining table and a fridge. The couch was comfortable. They did have a hot tub, but I had to fill up and it was taking a long time, so we gave up. It’s a good one night spot"

The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and pleasant, offering stunning views—we could enjoy lovely sunrises and sunsets, and even watch horses strolling leisurely right outside the window. We highly recommend this place. It is also very conveniently located for trips to the Highlands, Vík, and other areas. All in all, everything here was absolutely amazing!"

"The cottage was very nice and roomy with a view of the Harbour. However, the bedroom is really small and barely any room around the bed so the person at the back would have to crawl over the other person to get out. But loved all the space after smaller hotel rooms in Iceland. Check in was super simple. Note there is not a lot around this area due to the past volcano action. It is close to the Blue Lagoon though, and that is why I picked it. We enjoyed Papa's for pizza but then were sort of out...
