Hotel. Com non registered with palau hotel canlao.
This hotel was not registered online booking with your hotels.com. thus the booking offers was not accepted by the hotel palau for my 7 days stayed.. I ended up paying the complete full rates of 11,850pesos. This should not be happening. The refunds exercise should be implemented to customer like ...

The ocean was right outside the room. The staff was friendly, the food was great, and the area to eat was facing the ocean with a nice breeze. Very frioendly staff also.

Place was spotless and clean, felt right at home once we arrived. Has great security walls on the outside, felt very safe. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and went out of their way to help us with the generator when there was a blackout. Has all the amenities that you would need. Definitely ...
