"Stay was not pleasant! The air conditioner didn’t work in the room! I could not sleep as Room was hot and apparently the hotel is aware of it and has fans that they supply to guests. Unfortunately I didn’t get one as all the fans were already distributed. Instead of fans they should get the air conditioning fixed. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work either! The host came to the room to check on the air conditioning but couldn’t do much!"

Gentleman behind the desk was very rude & when I tried to get his name to complain, he took his name tag off. I guess they only treat americans like this.
