Beautiful house, Close to everything!

This house has a great location, its 5 mins walk from Erie Rec Center (Pay per use) that offers all kinds of sporting facilities, including indoor pool, Hot tub, Rock climbing, Gym, the Anythink Library. It's also close to Erie Midtown where there are many community activities such as farmer's markets, fireworks etc. Everything one can think of is within 5 minutes.

In terms of accessibility its about 35 mins drive from the Denver International Airport, 40 mins away from Downtown Denver, 20 mins or approx 10 miles away from Boulder and Longmont, about an hour away from Estes Park/Rockymountain National Park. About 30-40 mins from Loveland Ski areas where you can go snowboarding or snow tubing.

Please note there is a 350$ pet fee per stay per pet if you are bring a pet with you. Please reach out to us and let us know if you will be bringing a pet.

What you get:

1st Floor : Has a bedroom and a full bathroom, formal dining room, Open concept Living room with High Vaulted ceilings and Kitchen. There is huge island with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances such as fridge, dishwasher and Gas stove. There is also an over sized 2 car garage, with epoxy coated floors. The house has a huge Patio and deck with some patio furniture.

2nd floor: Has a huge Masterbedroom with 5 piece bath, a loft area for kids to play and two additional bedrooms. The laundry room with washer and dryer is also upstairs.

Please note, the owners prefer no pets, however if someone absolutely needs to bring their pet, there will be a pet fees. Pet owners must pick up pet droppings from the yard

Basement is not accessible to the guest, but don't worry the whole house is yours, we just don't want any one other than our staff. Thermostats ranges are locked at minimum of 72 during summer and maximum of 71F during winters to protect catastrophic damage to the HVAC system. If you want thermostat unlocked there will be additional utility charge fee. We hope this is clearly understood.

We provide unique key code few days before arrival.

If you are visiting Denver area from out of town, this house can be a your own comfortable base for all kinds of activities or get-togethers with family and friends.
