Rent first floor in vacation home - 9 people, 4+1 bedrooms - Erdeven (56)

Hello, we are renting the first floor (approximately 125m² + a large 20m² terrace) of Ty Bosco, a large house in a wooded park in the town of Erdeven, 2km from the beautiful Kerhillio beach, where families love to gather, walk, and swim, and where you can also enjoy windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing, and land sailing. It is also 1.5km from the town center, where you will find all amenities (supermarkets, bakeries, bars, restaurants, etc.). Ty Bosco is 10 minutes from the entrance to the Quiberon peninsula and also close to other magnificent and renowned tourist sites (the Étel estuary, the Carnac standing stones, the Gulf of Morbihan, etc.). The first floor is rented year-round to friends. The upper floor, which has a completely separate entrance from the first floor, has four bedrooms: two with a double bed (140cm), one with two single beds (90cm), and one with two bunk beds (90cm) and a pull-out bed. There are two shower rooms and two toilets, one in one of the shower rooms and the other separate. There is also a common room/playroom/relaxation area where you will find the washing machine. This room can also serve as an extra bedroom with a single bed that doubles as a sofa, particularly for watching television. You will therefore have 9/10 beds in 4+1 bedrooms. If needed, a wooden cot or travel cot and a high chair are available. There is also a changing table. You'll find a small, fully renovated kitchen with a gas stove and dishwasher, two fridge/freezers, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils, as well as a tumble dryer in one of the bathrooms. A crate of plastic tableware will allow you to picnic as you please in the garden, on the beach, or wherever else you choose. There are two wall-mounted TVs with USB ports, including a large one in the living room/games room/spare bedroom. However, there is no internet connection or heating (except at certain times of the year, but only portable oil or gas heaters, possibly electric convectors – please contact us for details). Furthermore, and most importantly, you'll have direct access to a large 20m² south and west-facing terrace with a large Weber BBQ, a dining table for 12 people, and a small lounge area (see photos). From the terrace you can access the garden directly via a large/wide staircase. Finally, at the rear of the house, a sunny section of the park is private, perfect for playing or simply relaxing in the sun loungers. Linens are included (1 bath mat per shower, 3 dish towels, per bed: 1 fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover, and per person: 1 pillowcase, 2 bath towels (one small and one large), 1 napkin per person). Cleaning is included; we simply ask that you empty/take away your rubbish and give the place a quick sweep. Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday, with arrival at 4:00 PM and departure no later than at 11:00 AM. Any changes to dates/times must be discussed directly with us. Parking: Two spaces are available in the park, accessible via an automatic gate operated by a remote control or access code. Unfortunately, due to issues with inconsiderate tenants, we no longer accept pets. We are very sorry for this inconvenience. The reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt of the signed contract and a 30% deposit via bank transfer. The remaining 70% will be transferred one week prior to the rental period. A security deposit of €2000 will be required upon arrival. Come and enjoy our beautiful region and its magnificent/immense/family-friendly Kerhillio beach in complete tranquility.
