"The Hotel San Francesco is a beautiful property located across the main drive in Maiori from the bay. Our room was large and the bathroom and shower were fantastic. I would suggest a room with view of the Mediterranean Sea on the 3rd floor or higher. The staff are professional and friendly and there are many excellent restaurants in walking distance. "This place is incredible! An amazing cliffside setting with direct access to the emerald water of the Mediterranean. However, because of its setting, there are a lot of stairs (not for those who are out of shape). There are 165 steps down to the accommodation from the main road (staff helped with luggage) and another 300 steps down to the water. "I just want to thank La Conca, they are great. It was indeed the most expensive hotel I’ve ever paid for, but I’d say it was worth every penny. They haven’t parking during the day, and if you communicate with them they are helpful. Pietro is such a good guy, helped us out when we came in super late.
