Beautiful house. Extraordinary view and location! Spacious rooms. The Lagoon is wonderful for the hot afternoons and evenings. The Kayaks and SUPs are a great bonus, but there has to be a safer way to get onto them other than a utility ladder. My son cut his hand and wrist up pretty bad. Thankfully I’m a nurse and knew what to do. Others may not. Some updates to the amenities would be beneficial also. It was fun watching the boats going by and the dolphins swimming around. Overall, a beautiful property.

We started out the week with only my husband and I in that HUGE house. Location and house was beautiful and in great condition overall. The only thing that didn't work was the icemaker, but they have an ice machine in the garage, so it was not too inconvenient. Our adult kids and grands arrived on Wednesday. We enjoyed the remainder of the week with other relatives from out of state who had their own homes nearby. Thank you to the owners, VRBO and Conch-Out Vacations for making our week so enjoyable.

The house is beautiful. It had everything we needed. The view of Lemon Bay is seen as soon as you walk through the front door and the view is incredible. We loved the lanai and pool. We have never seen so many dolphin as we did during our stay. A manatee even came up to the dock! Incredible memories were made. We will rent this house again and loved Manatosa Key and its restaurants.

Beautiful home. Great quiet location. Close to the beach. Management company was very responsive and helpful finding local businesses and restaurants.

The house was very clean and beautiful inside. Needs major landscaping as the grass was not mowed, weeds were everywhere. Location was great, very close to restaurants. Views were beautiful as well.

We absolutely loved the house, lanai and having access to the paddle boards and kayaks! Not having access to get them in the water was a bit hazardous. We were not permitted to use one of the 2 boat lifts. One of us got pretty cut up by trying to climb a ladder down to the board. Linens were put away very damp and bath rugs not changed between guests. There were some issues with the level of cleanliness but was handled immediately by the rental company. They were very responsive and willing to go the extra mile to make things right.

This was the first time we spent a month in one place for a vacation and we're glad we did. The home is beautiful, spacious and has all you need to live there for a month. The BEST part of the property was the lanai, dock and water view! Every morning was coffee, read a book, watch the boats go by and most of all watching our 3 friendly dolphins swim back and forth each day. Within walking distance of the beach, which was calm and enjoyable. The cul de sac is a section of nice homes/bungalows with friendly neighbors. Some constructive criticism - cleanliness upon arriving was just OK, not great, suggest a review of the service used. We were unable to turn on the fountain, no directions to do so and figuring out all the lighting was challenging. Carpets needed to be cleaned. We were unable to use the 2nd refrigerator in the garage due to an unknown odor. (Fish?) While we did have one significant issue I will say the owner and the property manager were responsive and took care of the situation to the best of their ability. Overall we had a fantastic time and besides our few little critiques and issues, we would still definitely recommend this property for a vacation.
