2.4 Miles to beach.
There are also many Signature public golf courses in the surrounding area.
This house is stocked with what you need for a fun relaxing time.
We do accept dogs but sorry no cats.
The space
The living room has sofa, loveseat and recliner. Small dining table. 2 queen sized bedrooms. A very nice screened Lanai. Your home away from home has everything you need from coffee pot to crock pot.

Es war toll! Der Abschlag bei der Bewertung der Lage ist nicht relevant

Das Haus ist sowohl mit einer Solaranlage ausgerüstet, als auch mit Schall – und Wärme dämmenden Fenstern ausgestattet. Man merkt hier genau, dass der Eigentümer nicht nur Geld herausholen will, sondern auch investiert. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Just what we needed

We had to make a last second trip down to help a relative and were unable to secure a sitter for our dogs. This home was a great sanctuary from the drama for us and our dogs. Our dogs loved finding toys and bones hidde. In random spots.

Great location and very cozy/relaxig

Absolutely loved the property and location to all the essentials as well as the beach being like 7 mins from the driveway. Will agree with previous review, one of the beds needs replaced but still worked out for us. Overall was way more than we expected and we will def book if available next time!

Loved our stay!

My wife and I go down to Englewood once or twice a year and had a great time at the house. Everything we needed and very well maintained. Lived the screened in porch and the privacy with the fenced in yard. Hoping to come down next year for two weeks and hope to the house will be available when we come down. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Nice low key stay

It was good. The lanai furniture was a little stained and the carpeting was a little stained, all things that are easily fixable. The house was nicely done and decorated well. Kitchen was clean and well stocked with household items. A pleasant stay overall.

Comfy cozy

We were happy to find this home for the holidays. It had everything we needed, we were centrally located near all we wanted to do and see. We are originally from Venice. We lived, worked and raised our daughter there for 30 years, so we were very familiar with the area, we felt at home. Our dog seriously smiled the entire trip, lol It was nice having a backyard for her. We appreciate that we were allowed to bring her, she travels everywhere with us and this is one of the reasons we chose this home. The home is clean and comfortable. The host provides everything you need for a day at the beach and that was a nice amenity. The kitchen is supplied with everything to prepare meals in. And having a laundry room is always a great amenity while vacationing. We will be recommending this home to our friends and family.

Beautiful Place to Stay for my Wedding

Stayed here while we were in Florida for our wedding. My son, spouse, father-in-law, and myself enjoyed the quiet coziness of the house. The area is beautiful! Exceptional Value and great location

Whilst the property is on a main road, it is set back nicely. The house seems 'bigger on the inside' with two great bedrooms, a kitchen, diner, lounge and outdoor space for grilling. I was impressed by how neat, tidy and clean the house was, and its location is only a short drive from the Manasota key beaches and nightlife. As a budget option this is exceptional, a fraction of the cost of the Motels in the area with a lot more to offer!
