"Only one night but loved it. I arrived late from Italy to Zurich to Basel to Lörrach and was so worried when the door was locked after hours. But I rang the bell and a key came out of the box. "Hotel was very nice and prime location near the mineral baths and park with playground for kids. Slightly inconvenient that the 0 level rooms are still up two small half flights of stairs with no elevator. Was a struggle with 2 kids and all our stuff solo but otherwise wonderful hotel."
