Love the Douglas Fir, but the second bed was more spring than mattress, which was a bummer for a 3 night stay. Room is old with minimal lighting. Staff was friendly. Sidewalks and road were very slippery. We had a fall resulting in a ems ride to the hospital with possible surgery. The top pool was warm the bottom pool was colder. Neither were hot.
