The shower drain was off, the fan for the bathroom was super small, the sink was very small, and there was only a thin blanket on the bed. The staff was great however the hotel itself is boutique so there are no elevators, just an FYI. There also is not a beach technically so that was disappointing."

I was not expecting to pay additional for beach front seats especially with the cost of the rooms. Otherwise the hotel was very nice. Also I find it ridiculous to pay $25 USD per day for parking else you have to park in the street."

"The check in process was smooth. The room we got was disappointing because it didn't look like what was advertised for the type of room we chose.
It had the basic amenities including a mini kitchen that we weren't expecting. It was cleaned daily. It was not a brightly lit room. We were having issues with the AC at first so they had to fix that.
We also had to request a blow dryer because there wasn't any in the room and we had to borrow and return the iron each time we needed to use it.

"This IS NOT an ADULTS ONLY resort as advertised! There are children everywhere! So if you're looking for an adult only location THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! As a mother of 4 I did NOT want to be on a mixed aged resort. Specifically picked the Rif because it was advertised and stated to be Adults ONLY! If i wanted to be around more kids I would have brought my own! Children were out of control in buffet and all over the Rif. Very upsetting! Also didn't receive celebration amenities that were promised...

"The rooms were very clean, and the guest house offers private bathrooms for every room. Just a heads-up: you’ll need to bring your own soap as it wasn't provided. Also, keep in mind that staff will enter your room to turn off the AC if you leave it on while you’re out. If you’re taller or like extra space, definitely book the King bed instead of the double. We stayed here for a specific event and the location was ideal."

"The location of the property was ideal and having easy beach access was great. We enjoyed Mamdo Beach. The cafe in the hotel was a wonderful place for breakfast or lunch. Our room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The view could have been better but we really didn’t spend much time in the room except to sleep. They need more parking. If parking is full and most nights it was we had to park next door and pay but the hotel did reimburse us."
