This house is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. There are also five new "smart" TVs, new dishwasher, new washer/dryer, new mattresses new water heater, and a fully-equipped kitchen with all you could need and more! You will find 2 Keurig coffee makers, drink and wine cooler, a slow cooker, and a blender in addition to all of your basic kitchen appliances! The furnished decks are the perfect place to sip a morning coffee or an evening cocktail while you watch the sunrise and sunset over the rolling waves. Welcome to Great Expectations!

The house is super nice and very clean. The decks (all three) of them have wonderful views. The beach location is beautiful and sheltered parking for your automobile. The hostess is great with helping us.

Everything was fantastic! The ocean view and access was fabulous and suited our multi-generational family perfectly. The rooms were spacious and the swing and picnic table on the deck was a nice touch! We will definitely return!

This was exactly what I was looking for our family beach vacation. The owner was attentive to our needs and very inviting! The house is right on the ocean with beautiful views! We will definitely plan on returning.

Everything was perfect! Enjoyed doing the puzzles so much we bought one just to take home! The beach views was excellent and the home was bright and cheery! Best part of my stay was my daughter asking if we could stay here forever!

The house was everything we hoped for. Our multi generational family had a wonderful time in this spacious house right on the beach. The host was wonderful to work with and addressed any concerns within minutes of us contacting her. The house is right on the beach and easy to access from the sand. The beach was not crowded even on the busiest day. We would 100% stay here again!!

Property was great. I think even better than the listing photos indicate. Very clean spacious. Prpoerty us very well maintained. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Great Getaway!

We really enjoyed our time here! Our family did a quick getaway for our dad’s 80th birthday and the location was amazing. We will definitely visit again!

Spacious and secluded

Really enjoyed the place with my family. Cleanliness was great. We loved how there were not many people surrounding us. Definitely would love to come back and book here again. Great job.

Over all we had an awesome vacation experience with this property. There were a few minor inconveniences, some were addressed and we managed found ways around the others. 4.5 out of 5 stars for the stay.

Fabulous View

We thoroughly enjoyed the direct access to the beach. Bedrooms and Bathroom were verywell situated. Open living space was very accommodating for our family’s needs. Loved the swing on the deck. We had a great stay.

Perfect Beach Vacation House

We LOVED our stay at the Great Expectations house. The location was perfect and the house was super clean and comfortable for our group of kids, adults, and seniors. The hosts were incredibly responsive when a small issue came up. I highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!
