Spend quality time with family and friends in this cozy second-row, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath (plus hot and cold enclosed outside shower and changing room) duplex. Beechwood West is the perfect oceanside vacation rental for small families or a friends getaway. Located just steps away from two, sandy path, beach access points, you'll be on the beach within 2 minutes. The homes features a reverse floor plan with the main living space on the second floor to maximize your ocean views.

~1250 sq ft of beachside living space is just a few miles from shopping, restaurants, activities, and the Emerald Isle boat ramp. Your family or group can enjoy a very short walk to the beach or hop on the pedestrian path for a bike ride or morning jog. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening meal on the top floor oceanview deck.

Bedroom 1: Queen | Bedroom 2: Queen | Bedroom 3: Queen

Ground Level: Enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower and changing room. Gas Grill. A utility closet that has an additional refrigerator and full-size washer/dryer. The utility closet is shared with the east side, however, the washer/dryer is NOT shared.

First Floor: Private entrance to the duplex via keyless entry. Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3. 1 full bathroom and one half bathroom. Oceanside decks off of bedrooms 1 and 2.

Second Floor: Main living space, kitchen, full bathroom as well as a desk with a chair. Ocean-side open deck with a table as well as chairs for enjoying the view or dining.

No Smoking of any kind, inside or outside the property. Additional cleaning fees apply.

No Pets. The owner does reside on the east side of the property most of the year. They do have a small dog.

No Parties/Events.

NO FIREWORKS. Emerald Isle town ordinances prohibit the use of fireworks within town limits and the beach strand.

Quiet Time: 10pm - 7am

Awesome location two houses from beach access

The house was very clean and the location was great. Outside shower was one of the nicest I've seen in a beach rental. There was a maintenance issue during our stay, cutting our trip short a day, but the owners were communicative and great.

Perfect vacation spot

This property is steps from the beach, making it perfect for our family. We could set up for the day, and then make trips back and forth as needed for bathroom breaks, drinks, etc. The house is very clean and well-maintained. The decks offer a great view and place to relax with a book. Laundry is an added bonus and much appreciated. We took nightly walks through this quiet, calm area and were never bothered once. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Perfect Place for our first visit to EI

What a great find this property was for our sisters' reunion! Comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, a great porch for evening happy hours, responsive hosts, a peaceful neighborhood and easy access to a beautiful stretch of the beach. The duplex was bright and charming -- a perfect place to gather over morning coffee or nighttime hangouts after a relaxing day enjoying the ocean. We were especially impressed with how quiet the house, neighborhood and beach were. We definitely plan to come back. A note to future renters -- Unlike other reviewers we did find some microwaveable containers in the house. The fridge does not have an icemaker, but someone left a new bag of ice in the freezer, so it wasn't a problem for us.

Comfy and cozy

Steps away from public beach access, this home was the perfect spot for us to stay. The kitchen was full of everything you need. The Adirondack chairs on the balcony was the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. The host was super responsive, over all a great stay and hope we can come back soon.
