Emerald Isle Vacation Beach house

Upstairs is a traditional style home with three rooms (3 beds, 2 queen and 1 full) and two full baths. Outside has a spacious screened in porch and then another deck that is not covered so you can enjoy the weather. Downstairs has one large room with two full beds and one small full bath. (No central heat downstairs. Ran off window unit). Outside is a large gas fire pit and cooking area with a TV mounted on the wall. Outdoor shower. Large driveway that will allow parking for 8 vehicles. We are about a 5 minute walk from the beach and one mile from the fishing pier. There is a walking path that is accessible from the house for walking and riding bikes. We have assorted things in the garage that are free to use such as coolers, assorted beach games and a few bikes.

Please treat our home with respect. If checked out late there will be a $50 fee per thirty minutes as the cleaning crew is there at 11.
Do not drive or park on the grass. We have a water system that can be damaged if ran over.
Please have a good time but no large parties allowed. We are local and know all the neighbors so if this rule is violated you will be asked to leave.

Overall we had a wonderful time in a great property. Jordan was responsive and helpful. Access to the beach was a great plus. However some dishes had been put away dirty. Also the linens and towels were a bit dated and could use an upgrade. Lots of parking and great outdoor areas. Would rent again.

We come to Emerald Isle monthly for work - we have a cabinet company - and keep trying to find the perfect place. The location of this house was PERFECT and the driveway was nice and big. We brought our boat, SUV, and work truck. The overall layout of the house was great. Only .3 miles to the public beach access and an easy walk into town. I also loved the option of having the bikes and beach chairs in the garage. Overall, was a great house.

Probably the best, easiest check in and check out process ever. Everything was clean and ready, absolutely perfect when we showed up. Check out was simple as it should be and it was a pleasure to stay there for a long weekend. We all had a great time!

Great Location

We enjoyed our week stay and thr house had many available items to help with enjoying our stay. Jordan was very quick to answer any questions I had when booking out trip and made sure he was available if we needed anything. The only thing about the stay is that the house needs some maintenance. Other than that, we enjoyed every bit of our vacation for our first time in Emerald Isle and will be back!!

Loved everything about it. I was concerned about it being on the main road but it turned out to not be a problem at all. Owner is super responsive when you have a question. Well appointed and very clean! Highly recommend

Christmas Vacation

Great location for access to everything we wanted to do. House was perfect for us and the dogs. The water heater was out when we got there and it was fixed very promptly so minimal impact on our trip. The owner was great to work with. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place off season

It was good. Close to the beach and a grocery store. The back porch, fire pit, and outdoor shower were nice to have. They had glade plug in fragrance things that were really strong and gave me a head ache. We just unplugged them while we stayed there and plugged them back in before we left.
