Being greeted by numerous cockroaches from the moment we opened the front door was a truly disgusting way to start our weekend in Baltimore. They didnt stop there, they were on the bedding, in the bathroom, seeming every crack was an entrance way for them to infest the room. The night attendant was not interested in the situation when I confronted her with what is your policy when it comes to cockroaches? She simply stood there with blank expression. I asked for another room and she said that they had none. I finally convinced her to give me some insect repellent and so we spent the evening looking for and spraying multiple locations. Needless to say being in a room rife with insect spray was unhealthy. They didnt even bother to clean up the dead roaches the next day. The roaches reappeared when we returned to the room the following night so we had a repeat performance. What a shocking experience for me and my son! I have copious images to support this disgusting affair and even gave some to the front attendant to give to the manager Jyostna but I doubt that she did. Thanks for ruining my time with my son. You should be shut down for health violations. Sick to our stomachs! Ian & Jagger

Hotel is in good location and had comfortable bed and good pillows. That’s all I can say positive about it. Small bad towels and they give sparingly. Only one trash can. Very few amenities for the rate. Carpet very old. Parking inconvenient or expensive. No room service. Really only reason to stay there is location. I wouldn’t stay there again.
