"The only place we stay at in Pretoria. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly, parking is safe, and there are lots of restaurant and shopping options within a few feet. We tried the hotel restaurant for the first time and were less than impressed. The food wasn't good and neither was the service. We probably won't eat there again. Other than that everything is great. Shout out to the parking security team who always remember us and treat us like family!"

"We were welcomed at the gate and taken to the reception desk by one of their very helpful & friendly employees. We had to sign a sort of indemnity document so whilst we did that he went into the room and put the Champagne I had requested (A great choice within the bounds of the budget I had set) into a big bucket of ice for us. We were escorted to our room shortly after and given a brief walkthrough to show us how everything worked, which keys are for which door, etc. There is a booklet...
