Because the walls are made of canvas rather than traditional construction materials, the yurt has minimal insulation. Temperatures inside will naturally fluctuate with the weather outside. While heating and AC is provided to keep the space comfortable, the yurt may feel cooler during cold nights and warmer on hot summer days than a conventional home or cabin.

• Maximum overnight occupancy is 4 guests.
• Day visitors are permitted up to a total property headcount of 6 people.
• No pets are permitted. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No parties, events, smoking, or vaping are permitted.
• Parking is available for 2–3 standard vehicles.
• RVs, commercial trucks, popup campers, and trailers are not permitted.
• The property is located in a natural wooded setting with uneven terrain, wildlife, ticks, seasonal weather, and rural gravel roads.
• Firewood is not provided for the wood stove or fire pit.
• Watercraft and life jackets are not provided for lake use.

YURT RULES & GUIDELINES

No Shoes:
Please leave your shoes at the door to help preserve the soft pine floors.

No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking and vaping of any substance are strictly prohibited everywhere on the property. This includes inside the yurt, outdoor decks, amenities, and surrounding grounds.

No Pets:
This property has a strict no-pet policy. No animals or pets of any kind are permitted anywhere on the premises at any time.

Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws. Please notify the host before arrival. Service animals must remain with their handler at all times and may not be left unattended in the yurt.

Respect the Property:
Please treat the property as you would your own home and kindly leave things as you found them.

Lights, Appliances, and Hot Tub:
Please turn off lights, appliances, and the hot tub when not in use.

Septic System:
To protect the septic system, please flush only the toilet paper provided. Do not flush wipes, including those labeled “flushable,” paper towels, feminine hygiene products, diapers, cotton swabs, dental floss, or any other items.

Maximum Occupancy:
Overnight stays are strictly limited to a maximum of 4 guests.

Primary Renter:
The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must reside at the property for the duration of the reservation.

Day Visitors:
Day guests are permitted up to a total property headcount of 6 people. All day visitors must depart by 10:00 PM.

Events and Quiet Hours:
Parties, loud gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Vehicle Limits:
On-site gravel parking is available for 2–3 standard vehicles.

Prohibited Vehicles:
RVs, commercial trucks, popup campers, and trailers are not permitted on the property.
