Viatges a Ellingstring

Don't bother looking at the room photos online !!! Nothing alike, I picked an executive room that looked lovely, however the room we had was awful, run down, only plus was a comfy bed. Carpet was rank, decor was disgusting and the chair to sit on was stained, filthy and broken. We walked down a corridor and there were loads of dead blue bottle flies on the carpet so many looked like a polka dot carpet, and ones flying around, hence we didn't bother with breakfast.

Do not stay here. Very dirty & lots of spiders

We stayed in a suite on the 5 floor very clean h as d everything required staff on reception very helpful breakfast was a bit disorganised but satisfactory managed to park on the road with a blue badge for free

Free self Parking, there is EV charging/ Disabled, place your blue badge on the dash. Give your Reg to reception on check-in, I was surprised how lovely the hotel was clean & very helpful staff, booked our taxi for us to the Parish for our night out, it is close enough to walk, Breakfast buffet, you don't have pre book. Hair dryer, placed by the mirror, The hotel is very close to shops, A local pub, The Sportsman, no loud music, real ale, is very welcoming, If I need a stopover in Huddersfield, I will be stopping at the Cambridge.
