Out the front door, follow the path right to the beach by the river, or left to a fire pit area.

String lights in all three outdoor spaces add magic to your evenings, controlled by convenient remote switches.

For security, two Google cameras with exterior audio are active, ensuring safety without intrusion into interior spaces.

2 cars can park for free in the driveway. Additional parking within the subdivision is available on a first-come, first-served basis in two designated "guest parking" areas located at the start of the cul-de-sac.

- The cabin offers 500 square feet of interior space, cleverly designed to maximize every inch. Those needing ample space may prefer alternative accommodations.
- The master bedroom lacks a closet door but includes a clothes hanging rack, two nightstands with drawers, and two luggage racks.
- Access to the loft is via steep and narrow stairs (21 inches) with step grips to prevent slipping.
- The community is quiet and respectful; therefore, parties are not appropriate despite nearby neighbors.
- Early check-in at 2pm may be available for purchase for $50. Late check-out at 12p may be available for purchase for $30. Inquire with host for availability.
