Welcome to the Hideaway at Mollie Mountain! Step into our charming 3 bed/2 bath cabin where floor-to-ceiling windows reveal incredible vistas of the Blue Ridge mountains from nearly every room. With “cabin chic” décor and plenty of amenities, you can relax into complete comfort here. It's the perfect haven to plan all your Ellijay/Blue Ridge adventures, or just settle in and enjoy!

Start in the brand new Kitchen, with a suite of stainless appliances, where the extra large gourmet granite island seats 7. Whether you're brewing up some Ellijay Coffehouse coffee or preparing a gourmet meal, it's easy to gather here to make some memories amid the mountain views!

The open floorplan leads to the living area, where a massive stone fireplace wall competes with the view to be the show-stopper!

And the jacuzzi, ultimately placed to take in the expansive Blue Ridge view, is nothing short of incredible.

★Roads throughout the area are often curvy and narrow. 2WD vehicles will do fine under normal weather conditions, but 4WD may be required for icy or snowy weather.

★The cabin is regularly sprayed for bugs, but please note that you're visiting the North Georgia mountains, and our bug friends live in and around the neighborhood and the Blue Ridge area. You'll likely see a friend or two if you leave the doors or windows open.

★Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out.

★After each guest, we thoroughly clean the hot tub to ensure it's in pristine condition for your enjoyment. However, please note that the hot tub will not be immediately heated to your desired temperature upon your arrival. It takes some time for the water to heat up to the desired temperature, so we ask that you adjust the temperature as soon as you arrive if you plan on using the hot tub during your stay. The hot tub should never be set above 104 degrees for health reasons.

Mollie Mountain Trail begins where North Piney Spur ends. The cabin is exactly 1 mile from the moment you turn onto North Piney. There are no gates to pass through, you are in the mountain country! The property is easily located on the left side of the road with a lighted address sign and plenty of light at night. Guests will check in with a door code and keypad and will have access to the entire home and property.

Cancel 30+ days before arrival: 100% refund (minus Processing Fee)

Cancel 14+ days before arrival: 50% refund (minus Processing Fee)

Cancel fewer than 14 days before arrival: No refund

A non-refundable 4% Processing Fee applies to all reservations and is not returned in the event of cancellation.

★HOUSE RULES★

This property requires a separate rental agreement to be reviewed and signed after booking. A link to the full agreement will be sent through the Airbnb message thread in your booking confirmation. It includes guest and property details, stay dates, fees, house rules (e.g., no parties, no smoking, pet rules), cancellation terms, and guest/host responsibilities. Please note that check-in instructions will only be released after the rental agreement is signed.

☞︎ No smoking is allowed (including vaping) anywhere on the property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $500. You will be charged an increase in a cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.

☞︎ Person booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole stay.

☞︎ No parties or events are allowed. We are located in a residential community and, although this is a vacation destination, this area is predominantly families and nature-loving groups. This is doubtless part of its appeal to you too! Between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.

☞︎ No pets allowed. We love our furries as much as you, but no pets are allowed due to allergies. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.

☞︎ Maximum occupancy of 7 people. Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest.

☞︎ Please do not adjust hot tub temperature above 104 degrees and please return to 80 degrees before departing.

☞︎ Fireplaces cannot be used between April 1 and September 30. Use of the fireplace during this time will result in a $250 fine. Before leaving or going to bed, turn off gas logs , but leave the pilot light on. Do not move the gas logs in the fireplace. NEVER LEAVE A FIRE UNATTENDED WHEN LEAVING THE HOME OR GOING TO BED.

☞︎ We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather related issues (tropical storms, hurricanes, etc.) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.

☞︎ We have environmentally friendly plumbing. Please- NO grease, no flushable wipes, and no food down the sink drain. DO NOT REMOVE WIRE MESH food catcher in the sink while in use. There is no disposal, and this mesh will protect the community's plumbing.

☞︎PLEASE do not place loose garbage in the outdoor garbage can. Our garbage service will not collect our garbage unless it is bagged and tied off. You can feel free to use the indoor garbage can, which our cleaners will remove when cleaning the unit. Or if you would like to take the garbage to the outside can, please ensure it is properly bagged (extra bags are located under the kitchen sink) and tied off. After placing it in the outdoor garbage can, please be sure the lid is secured to keep our wildlife from gaining access. Thank you!

☞︎ You give permission to the host to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided upon request. You may receive an email to complete your screening. ☞︎ If an item is left behind, we're happy to help return it. A $75 flat fee applies to locate, package, and ship forgotten items within the continental U.S. Payment is required before the item is shipped. Additional fees may apply for oversized, heavy, or expedited shipments. Items not requested within 14 days may be donated or discarded at our discretion.

☞︎Unapproved late checkouts may result in a $50 fee per hour (or partial hour) past the scheduled checkout time. If the delay interferes with the cleaning schedule or the next guest's arrival, additional charges may apply.
