Beautiful cabin in the trees where you will see deer, hear birds singing, possible bear sighting while enjoying sitting around the fire pit or relaxing in the hot tub or grilling up some steaks. Resort amenities include swimming pools, tennis/pickleball courts, gym, fishing. Head out to Carter's Lake and rent a boat or visit one of the many wineries in the area. If you love mountain biking, this is the place to be. If you live hiking, this is a beautiful area to explore the beauty here. If you love golfing, Whitepath Golf Course, a public course, is nearby. Spring is breathtaking! You will see deer frequently. Summer is heavenly. Spend at the lake or one of our pools in the Resort. Autumn is beautiful with the blazing colors on the trees. The popular Apple Festival is the second and third weekends in October. Winter has it's own beauty with snow infrequently. There is a whole house generator provided for your comfort should power fail. Any season is the perfect time to visit BLUE HEAVEN and return to nature.

Thanksgiving 2024

Our family has come to Elijay for the past few years for Thanksgiving. We love the town and love the weather. The home was perfect for a family get away (13 year old, 17 year old, and parents). The back porch was great. Fire place was cozy. It was so cozy and we did not want to leave. The coffee accommodations were excellent. I even was able to get my Walmart groceries delivered which was very convenient. Great family memories and our favorite week of the year spending time together.

Peace of heaven

Wonderful property! Everything about this listing is accurately described. The owners are responsive, helpful, and friendly. The cabin is nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. They provide everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals if you so choose. The back screened in porch is a bonus along with the beautiful garden with all the flowers. The location of this property is very convenient to many local attractions.
