"Room was clean and well maintained, parking easy. Only problem was with room service when you ate at Moxies the food was alright the times i ordered room service t he food was was chewy and cold."

"We stayed at the hotel in the suites directly across from the main building. We were disappointed that the infinity spa was not available as advertised. We did have access to a large juzzazi tub in our room but it did not offer the same ambience we were wanting. The suites were clean but very outdated. A bar fridge was available but was noisy and leaked. We informed the front desk but no maintenance came to resolve the concern. We also required making calls to front desk to request more supplies...

"Rooms were nice. Reception and breakfast staff friendly. Breakfast good however would have been nice to have a bit of a choice for the hot dish."

"The checkin, checkout and shuttle driver were very helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, as well as a fabulous dinner at the restaurant next door."

"Very convenient hotel, whoever designed it did an amazing job. The king room is not huge but beautifully designed, very modern and has a really good coffee machine. Maryna on reception was very polite and helpful."

"Liked: room size and layout; easy parking and access; closet layout. Clean Disliked: room fan/ac/ heat was impossibly loud making it difficult to sleep- hear the tv or even carry on a conversation. (Room 406) -1 for that issue. Desk staff were unhelpful and not typical of my previous NL experiences. Over a 4 night stay, we engaged at check in/out and 3 questions - they couldn’t care less and were of no help."

"Great stay. Petty Harbour room with private bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the private bathroom with shower and Native brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was a definite highlight during which the owner Rob offered recommendations and advice on the local sites, stories, and jokes a plenty. Fantastic location. Would absolutely stay again."

"Had to ask for housekeeping to clean the room. The pool area was never monitored, as small kids vomited in the hot tub. As well the hot tub jets were out of service on 2 different occasions. Service at the restaurant was not the greatest. For the most part, my week went well, but this was a lot of issues for a 5 night stay."

"There were a lot of problems between unhelpful staff & the musty dingy smell in my room.. but the straw that broke the camels back was my coffee machine in my room didnt work from the start, i had just driven 5 hours on the highway to get to my room couldnt even have a cup of coffee.. & when I brought it up with the staff they attempted to keep my $250 damage depo & didnt even replace the coffee maker.. don't book a room here even if you have no other choice .. tried to do something nice for...

"At arrival, once semi unpacked in our room the A/C didn't work. Had to change rooms and it was a long day traveling by car. Also A/C was not working through out the whole hotel. Very disappointing as it was on the pricey side to stay there."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. I wasn’t expecting a kitchen in the room, but it proved to be very convenient. The only thing that I was disappointed in, was there wasn’t a charging station for my EV Hybrid vehicle."
