Island View - 3 Bdrm Lakefront with Hot Tub

From the moment you walk through the door, the lake view will take your breath away. Vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and a wood burning fireplace set the tone for that perfect vacation. There are two living areas to enjoy, one on each level, and three bedrooms, two of which are lakeview. Two large open-air decks boasting an epic lake view offer plenty of space to enjoy the lake life. This house offers 3 bedrooms; one with a queen bed, another with a king bed, and the third has two double bunk beds. There is also plenty of space in each living area for air mattresses for the kids. Nicely appointed throughout with an island kitchen, large dining room table, cable TV, Wifi and a gas grill on the upper deck. If that's not enough, there is a seasonal lakeview hot tub available, a dock to swim from and a spot for two PWCs. There is a boat slip available (no lift) and 2 PWC slips available for guest use. Located at the 3-mile marker of beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, minutes from the Bagnell Dam strip area, makes this a great location to enjoy all the lake has to offer! Restaurants, nightlife, boat rentals and golf are all just minutes away. Pack your bags, round up the kids and come on down to enjoy all Lake of the Ozarks has to offer. You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks!

Please note: The hot tub will be closed from November 1st - April 1st. 3 cars can park in front of the house. Another car or two can park along the driveway but please be aware that it is steep. We do not recommend bringing a trailer to the house as the road is narrow and the driveway is steep. Trailer parking and ramp available a couple miles from the house (small nightly fee).

Dingy and in disrepair. We arrived to find many issues including completely disgusting and unusable cookware. Oven did not work. 2 of the 4 burners on the stove did not work. The boat dock had dangerously rotten wood and exposed nails near the ladder. Hot tub had bird droppings in it. The water was very hard even though it appeared the property had a water softener it clearly was not working. I sent an email to the property manager on the first day but never heard back. Avoid this place.

We enjoyed our stay. There are a few things i would have liked to have known about before we got there but overall we still enjoyed our time. For example good luck finding the right lightswitches to turn on the light you want to turn on. The dock could use some work but was still useable and the swim ladder was missing a step pad to climb out. A few other things we were concerned about was the water damage under the kitchen sink that had also stained the ceiling in the downstairs area. Again we enjoyed our stay, just a few things to look out for.

Great Stay

Overall loved the house. The dock was great as well. The water pressure on the shower in the guest room on the main level is very low. May just need a new shower head. Good location. The driveway is steep but manageable.

SPIDERS

The house it self was nice and advertised. The problem was the outside of the house was overrun with spiderwebs and spiders. My wife refused to walkout on the decks and made the hot tub un useable.

Had a great stay in this waterfront rental property! Loved that it was off the beaten path but could be in the heart of main attractions in 10 min! Hot tub and fireplace was also a great feature !

The stay was just okay.

The property was extremely ran down and the house was wide open and unlocked when we showed up to check in which was a very uneasy feeling. I did really like that the house was fully stocked with items in the kitchen! The house could just use a good updating.
