"Cleaning wasn't great. Our tub had shoe marks all over. Sheets were not the cleanest and there was no fitted sheet on mattress which was a bit weird but maybe is not a big deal to most. Comforter was pretty rough and the bed itself was pretty noisy, couldn't really move around without hearing all the springs. Man at front desk was not the friendliest but got us checked in and out appropriately. Had smart tv and working ac/heater and windows had shutters which I really liked, so that was nice."

"Stayed 2 nights and 3 days and it was a very efficient, nice, and clean stay. Very reliable if you need a place to stay for a trip to LA or just any type of occasion."

"I love the smoking room aspect. However, the room itself wasn’t as preserved as it should be. The wall outlets are all broken & coming out of the wall. The fridge was knowingly not working. All my groceries spoiled. I went to the front desk to tell them and princess jasmine just looked at me and nodded her head like…yeah, and!? This is a room for prisoners or prostitutes. Not for humane people or families."

"Thank you Pam and James for offering your home for a safe stay! It was so nice, clean and way better than any hotel rooms. Amazing experience. Just WOW!!! Highly recommend. We will definately be back when we are back in LA. I give it 10 stars out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I only used the room to sleep but the beds where nice and comfortable. The hotel is placed 30 minutes to an hour from all the theam parks i went to while there that was a good thing"

"We had to be moved to 3 different rooms during the check in process. Staff not helpful and lack customer service."

"Easy check in and great location for my trip."

"An upgrade to breakfast food, location and quantity. I suggest a buffet. Bathroom needs better lighting for women applying makeup. Better communication about when the front doors lock. We went to a concert and were confused when we returned to the hotel. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I mean seriously- the entire staff are so kind."

"This was by far the best LA hotel experience Ive personally had. The staff was absolutely wonderful and the rooms were clean as well. The area has a couple of food options and taco trucks near by as well. If you are looking for a place to stay I definitely recommend this as a solid budget friendly option."

"Every thing ok next to perfect"
